Android Head Unit

Finally got the Android HU installed and running just the way I like it on the XV. It was literally plug and play except for the dimmer which my stock harness did not have. I had to tap to the AC dimmer line to make it work. It looks stock but sounds better than the stock HU.

Hi, inorder mo lang online sa website nila? Also, ikaw na rin nag install or pina install mo sa iba?

Hi guys, I'm looking for a head unit replacement for 2012 Montero. The main use is music, Google Maps, and may apple carplay and android auto.

Any feedback sa mga nagpa kabit ng astral android headunit? Parang same lang sila with Navitopia, Autolink and iba pa kasi sa spec and looks is parehas na parehas. Panay 2gb ram pa then ang mahal ng 4gb and above. And totoo ba na di na gagana speedometer and tachometer pag android HU pinalit?

Now nagpa install pinsan ko ng astral sa sta fe nya kaso after a few months ang bagal mag open, ang lag at di smooth ang google maps at interface, e Bluetooth at google maps lang naka open. Yun sana first choice ko kaso na turn off ako.

Would appreciate some honest suggestions and feedback. Currently mukang okay ang Seicane based sa previous post and initial check ng website and specs. Kaso ang next problem naman is installation. Any suggestion din on this part? I'm from the South and willing to travel sa Manila if reliable.

Astral naka install sa unit mo sir? How's the performance and any feedbacks both positive and negative? As mentioned sa previous post ko, ung sa pinsan ko naka 2gb na astral ang bagal at laggy/di smooth ung interface lalo na pag naka on na ung google map. Thanks!

yes, both sa suv at van. ok naman, it serves its purpose sa needs namin while nasa biyahe as music, yt videos player. we connect via wifi sa phone, minsan laggy pero tolerable naman. we dont use mga features like yung google map, sa phone na kung mag waze at maps. ok na mga kids sa music player lang at paminsan minsan yt videos

May time siya mag hang while loading Spotify... which takes 30-45 seconds to load. Try using STAPON with a higher CPU and RAM. Instant mag load ng apps parang smartphone speeds.... Para di ka madisappoint.

Agree on stapon. Thats what i got. 8GB ram and 128GB rom. I can play call of duty mobile and diablo immortal. Hehe.

May sariling sim slot din. Perfect na sana kung 5g lang sana yung internet connection eh

marami ng choices ang car hu nowadays offering balance of portability and usability. dati parang alpine vs pioneer lang ang pagpilian. if you want to go hi-fi then go with the more costly audiophile grade ones. now even the cheap android hu will sound good with a good aftermarket speaker. lalo na if you add amp with dsp and an underseat subwoofer, kumpleto na
