for QD - the best option is ONR. it can be used as rinseless wash , QD , clay lubricant.
ONR is very economical, undoubtedly, and I have no qualms using it as a cleaning QD, but it's not the best when it comes to looks - OID looks a lot better.

For white, I'd use Mother's FX, the Klasse/Carlack twins, Collinite 845, or, if you can find it, Collinite's Sapphire waxes (SS126 for liquid, 73SS for paste). You're simply not going to get the same depth with white vs black or red, so I'd go for a very shiny, reflective finish instead. Oh, and make use of a cleaner wax on a regular basis, as white shows staining for easily than any other color. Frequency of application depends on the product chosen - I'd apply the Mother's at least every two weeks, while the Collinite should be ok monthly, and the Klasse every 3 months (use 2 to 3 layers of KSG).

    ah talaga...hmmm ma try nga...
kasi ako everyday pagdating ko sa house from work e duster then QD (onr product)...
then weekly naman is wash, UQW

so pag ginawa ko QD+50% nanosliq formula baka mas maganda dating...mas maaalagaan yung UQW sa ilalim...

Use wash mitts during car wash, chamois for drying tapos wax applicator pad for wax. Correct me if I'm wrong though.

It works pretty well - even at 1:32, ONR is pretty lubricious; in fact, some people just use 1:32 instead of 1:16 for QD'ing. The NanoSliq adds a lot to the look, which isn't the strong point of ONR QD.

Any comments po sa difference ng foam applicator ng Micromagic saka ng SM Arnold's? In terms of price, mas mahal ang SM Arnolds pero sa itsura parang parehas lang naman sila ng Micromagic. Salamat po!

the micromagic applicator is good enough and serves its purpose. you get 4 pcs against 1 if you choose the SM Arnolds/Meguiars. You also need diff applicator pads per product. I suggest you get the Micromagic and buy a quality microfiber towel on the savings. IMO ,this is the better option.

Maraming salamat sir! Ang na-try ko pa lang po ay yung wax applicator ng Microtex na ginagamit ko pang-apply ng Nanoglos. Try ko pong gamitin Micromagic to apply KAIO and KSG. Salamat po ulit!

Refer to the flow as an easy reference.

Sealant should be the 1st product applied on a prepped paint. then you can top it with a pure carnuaba wax for additional protection.

But before laying the sealant , the paint should be cleaned and corrected ( if necessary ) properly. after washing and claying , you may use SwirlX to remove paint defects.

nag weekly detail ako last sunday to include the nanosil..
    - shampoo
    - nanosil
    - uqw

i applied it by hand and i took extra time to apply the nanosil with extra pressure although knowing that it's not enough considering that it require a machine to be 100% effective.

nevertheless, i am happy with the result. lesser swirls/light scratches as compared to nanoglos + nanosliq combo.
then on a daily basis, i will do a specialized combo of QD (ONR + 50% nanosliq formula) on top of my uqw.

Yes - just clay the parts the appear rough via the baggy test. Give the repainted panels 90 days to outgas, to be sure. Do not use any wax or sealant, unless said wax or sealant is certified as ok for newly painted panels. You can use a glaze (Mother's or Meg's Step 2, 3M's Imperial Hand Glaze), and I believe that Optimum Car Wax is ok for new paint.

Pretty much any wax or sealant will bead, if only due to the hydrophobic nature of the coating. Heck, a well-polished, unprotected panel will bead, given how smooth the paint is. Having said that, I've read that AutoGlym HD wax sheets pretty well, in comparison to other waxes.
