I plan to use it after wet sanding a panel using #2000 sand paper.
I tried sanding a test spot then compound with Megs UC, may mga sanding marks na natira after 2 passes.
UC should be able to remove 2K grit with the right pad. M105 should be able to remove 2K easily
Here's my demo panel sanded with 1.5K unigrit sanding disk and polished with M105/MF pad combo.

May machine kang gamit? And ano itsura nung natira na sanding markings? few deep marks?

Try to look for a 2500 grit or 3000 kung may makita ka, sand mo ulit yung my natira, saka mo gamitan ulit ng Megs UC.

Drill attachment lang na DA ng Megs using the supplied Megs maroon compound pad. Tipid mode and generally used for touch ups lang.

Yup. Few deep sanding marks lang. But generally makintab naman.

San makakakita ng #3000 or #5000? Wala sa mall hardwares. Sa mga auto paint shop meron kaya sila?

Most off the shelf sand paper are not unigrit which causes non-uniform sanding marks. make sure ibabad sa tubig with soap sanding pad for several minutes before using them.
i have 3000 3in sanding disk but if u have deep sanding marks di rin nya kaya tangalin.

Thanks sa tip Jhong! Di ko nga naibabad yung sand paper before sanding.

maraming mababasa kay google about waterspots...

you're welcome bro. para maiwasan magka-waterspots or watermarks, maintain na naka-sealant or wax yung paint surface mo. hindi rin madaling kumapit ang dumi at mas madaling hugasan kapag nakasealant or wax.

applicable pa naman ang sealant at wax till now most if not all of the detailing shops around the globe still use them. if you want new trend sa paint protection, go for nano coatings or glass coatings.

Its really hard to see bro, mag kaiba focus nung dalawang pictures. The one on the right shows more crisp reflection despite being sanded. Medyo misleading. Try to put a coin or tape dun sa surface then try mo dun direct yung auto focus. Or do manual focus kng kaya.

Ok bro I'll do that. The sanded part is also coumpounded but hindi mafocus yung sanding marks. It improved a lot prior to sanding but the sanding marks....Ipapacompound ko na lang ito sa detailer pag hindi ko pa nakuha sa susunod but I really want to DIY with the tools and polishes that I have.
