Using a sealant will just give you that added layer of protection against the elements so just incase something drops on your car and eats up all your 476 you still have another layer to reduce the damage, Carlack LLS lasts about 1 month more than 476

So LLS should last up to 2 months given proper curing? I'm thinking if LLS is enough to protect my car for 3 months. Should I add Collinite on top of it? Monty is only out of our garage 3-4 times a week though.

I won't know 100% if ours is cheaper but we do have a cheaper price compared to most shops out there, as for Poli-seal if you're planning on asking JM to buy you some OPT products better have the Opti-seal instead, this way you can protect it from further damages better than Poli-seal, and then just have the watermarks removed using others polishes OCW is also available locally.

In order of importance in terms of detailing kit

1. Shampoo and Washmitt ( of course 2 buckets also )
2. Wax and MF's
3. Step 2 and MF's
4. Clay
5. Step 1 and MF's
6. Sealant and MF's( at this point you're all complete in terms of protecting and maintaining the paint
7. Polish ( preferably applicable by hand and machine )
8. Machine and Pads ( either PC or rotary )
9. Compound

1. Shampoo and Washmitt ( of course 2 buckets also ) -- i have microtex shampoo & washmitt; also JML and the P70-neon green/orange sold at ace hardware.
2. Wax and MF's -- got collinite 476s and microtex nanoglos * ultraplush mf
3. Step 2 and MF's -- wala ako nito. which brand do you guys suggest?
4. Clay -- meron din courtesy of psi. thanks bro!
5. Step 1 and MF's -- kelangan ba meron ako stock ng step1? hehe. which brand is best?
6. Sealant and MF's( at this point you're all complete in terms of protecting and maintaining the paint -- wala din. poliseal/optiseal, kaio, ksg po ba ang maganda?
7. Polish ( preferably applicable by hand and machine ) -- none. swirlX? what are brands are recommended?
8. Machine and Pads ( either PC or rotary ) -- thinking of getting the cheapest b&d like jmpet's.. pads po ba dpat ccs? selling some? ano po best size ng pads? 5 or 6.5?
9. Compound -- ?

Yung pads meron sa mothers HQ sa santolan hehe yung pads ko nakay sir Rockstar na.

JM, how much ang isang CCS pad? May nagbebenta kasi sa aking ng BND polisher yung office mate ko. I-convert ko na lang to velcro type. Ano mga pads ang compatible dito.

last time na bumili ako ng lc flat pads sa moms hq nasa 600 each. Not sure about sa ccs model nila. No need for conversion, just use a 5 or 6inch backing plate for the pads.

ideally, the booster wax would be liquid. The best dito yung OCW. others would be yung NXT, Nanosliq, Mother's FX...

kung spray-on NXT, ideal yun to coat waxes.

yung ONR, yan yung Optimum No Rinse. Dina-dilute sya to different proportions with distilled water, depending kung ano yung gamit.

yung Cleaning QD is 1 part ONR, ihahalo sa 16 parts ng tubig. Ang kalalabasan e from 100 mL of pure ONR, makakagawa ka ng 1.7 liters ng Cleaning QD.

and kumpara sa megs/mothers na QD, sobrang mura nyan

Hi to all detailing experts and gurus,
Would like seek advices. I'm very new sa car care specifically sa paint care. We just bought a brandnew black car and just realized how hard it is to maintain. Napansin ko may swirl/spider webs and hard water marks na siya and its 1 week plang. Ano po bang marerecommend nyong regimen to maintain our car paint looking like new and shinny? especially removing and preventing the swirls/spider webs and hard water marks for black car na safe sa clear coat. I already did a back read and I learned a lot but still confused and undecided what products to purchase. Isa palang mabibili ko which is for car wash, yung Mother's California Gold...
