Mga bro i have a question. I don't know if tama yung tanong ko para sa thread nato pero try ko na rin.
My Hiace is just 3 weeks old, and because of the nature of its course (van-for-rent) meron na syang parang magaspang na kumapit sa lower side ng sliding door pati sa fenders. Looks like maliliit na tuldok tapos rough sya kapag kinapa mo, though not that visible kasi maliliit na tuldok lang.
I had her carwashed yesterday but hindi natanggal. My father said that aspalto daw yun na kumapit, and it is easily removed by gaas (which he is doing). Now, im not sure if safe sa pintura yung gaas and what will be its effect sa coating ng sasakyan.
What can you suggest na bilin ko para matanggal agad sya? Kasi feeling ko kapag tumagal baka mahirapan na kame tanggalin yun. Bagong bago pa nman.
Thanks.
i use wd40.
i hose down the car first, spray wd40 on the areas and leave it while i soap the upper half section, then use a different washmit to soap the lower half section. usually pagsoap mo sa lowerhalf sasama na yung black dots. the remaining spots that werent removed by wd40 and washing, i use clay with QD

Hi Guys,
i parked in a hotel in QC recently and when I picked up my car, may light scratches. Pero may "depth" sya so I think di kaya ng detailing (if I run my finger nails across the scratch, may gasgas talaga). What's the best way to "touch up the paint"?
Do you guys know a place where I can get those stick paint? My car's Bronze Mica. I went to Handyman, they had those turtle waxes na may kasamang stick paint pero black, white and red lang yun available color.
Any other alternative to the stick paint?
TIA mga gurus!
Hi to all of detailing gurus to this thread,,
Salamat po sa inyo lahat..... Ang dami ko na tutunan dito,
Ask ko lng po kung tama itong gagawin ko process.
Currently I have this mother's carnuba cleaner wax, I plan to use this as my step 1.
I'm planning to buy this colinite 915 and planning to use this as my step 2.
Just to follow maam madkatzs advise I'll be putting this carlack sealant on top of colinete and this will be my step 3.
would this process be enough or you can suggest another approach that will have good result...
I also have nga pala a rotary to ease the job...![]()
cleaner wax, rotary, you're calling eurofd.
carlack is always advised on clean paint, no wax or anything unless it is acrylic. that sealant must go first. waxes go on top of those.
good luck
ah I see.. so it's ok if I just do step 1 ( Mothers carnuba cleaner wax ) then colinite 915?
yes. it's easier, repeatable and you don't have to layer all at once.
I noticed that my car has swirl marks na..n some light scratches..i thik from having my car washed at car washes.
I want to get it detailed, maybe 3 step. then after that..i'll be the one to take care of my car nalang.
If i buy the products myself instead of going to a shop to do it...is it ok for me to do it even without a rotary? also..i dont have a garage/cover where my car is parked..just a car park. I just use a car cover sometimes to cover up the car.
It depends on how good you are with your rotary, just always keep it moving. If you have something to practise on, go with that. Starting, stopping, back and forth polishing. It could help you albeit not to the point of correcting scratches if you're not confident yet. It's less work for your arms when you follow with hand application.
A panel per session is a preferable option if you're doing it by hand. Swirls will happen. i hope you can manage to roof your car park. canvass at the least. just make sure everything is sturdy.
