ah ic..i got it. so what i need now is the materials..hahaha the cleaner wax, is it still recommended if you're going to clay the car or hindi na? or does it work the other way around? if i dont have any clay, just replace procedure no. 2 with cleaner wax and then proceed to polish and then wax?

clay first before applying any polishers/cleaners/waxes. You can skip the claying part if you don't have the time. But claying will give you better results specially on a darker colored car.

when feeling for contaminants, use a plastic sandwich bag. magnifies the touch..
never hurts to clay...
it's all in the prep IMO in order to get awesome results.Last edited by chain; May 17th, 2005 at 05:28 PM.

YAY! I just got my waterblade and detailing clay (via Air21) from BigBerts! Thanks BlackMagic!
I also got my California Car Duster from Vice of team rage yesterday! Yipee! :D
BTW, do I need to prep the clay bar (aside from cutting it up) prior to using it? I can't wait to get home!
