I asked some of my friends that are in the car scene and some if not most of them just have the wiper parts repainted and this time with a thick coat of clear coat, they say its not expensive and it looks really nice way better than having it re-dyed where if you have it re-dyed chances are it would become white again, but thats what they said

As for the tires question my votes would definitely go to the Tire Cream, its not that big actually but its enough to cover a lot and i mean a lot.
