oo nga noh. for that i take back what i said and i apologize. i was browsing through my phone when i read his response so wasn't able to read clearly. anyway i still think how he handled pipefish's situation is wrong and could've avoided this whole mess if he handled it differently. like i said, big berts is one of the 2 detailers i will trust my car with and recommend to people i know and i'd hate to lose my trust to BB just because of this poorly handled situation. i hope you guys sort it out with pipefish.
Final comment na lang para end na ito. Iyon glass stain (not fingerprint)- iyon basahin pag napunas sa glass minsan me marami guhit ( water streak ba tawag dun). Makikita mo when me sunlight and sa harap mo. Like i said my friend never never shouted at him, many people know him madalas siya sa pubilc venue, pero di niya kilala ang mga tao, some people just approach him and say kumusta, just to make friends with him. mabuti pa po kayo marunong maghandle ng complain.. yung isa since may pangalan na daw shop at kilala na, di na pwede magreklamo ang customer at magkano lang naman pala ibabayad mo, di kawalan sa negosyo...
maling attitude po yun, nasa business kayo eh, every business knows how BS the rule na "customer is always right" yet they have no choice but to uphold it...
Then again lessons should have been learned here and actions to improve their service must have been made.

Regular ako nagpapalinis sa BB. Minsan sa Araneta, pag may EB kami sa Toyota Auto Club Philis, sa Ortigas naman. mahaba talaga pila sa ortigas. Pero minsan inabutan kong pangatlo ako, pero medyo matagal ako naghintay. Numpala yung naunang 2 sa akin magpapa wax kaya nagclay at tinatanggalan pa ng aspalto bago ilabas ng wash bay. Kaya ginawa ko mula nun, tinatanong ko ano mga gagawin sa mga nauna sa akin at kung sino ang susundan ko. Ganyan sistema nila eh. Naririnig ko rin kasi sa ibang customer "kuya ilan ang pila? wash lang ba mga yun? ilan ang wax at detail?"
we just have to be patient enough if we want a quality car wash or other services by BB.
tsaka lang sila nagdedecide kung maghihintay sila o babalik na lang.
