    We would like to apologize for the parts not cleaned properly. Please drop off the damaged seatcover so we can have it either repaired or replaced. I have instructed Willy to do a more thorough inspection of the work being done in all future jobs. Thank you for your inputs. Rest assured we will take this matter seriously.
