For me I will go for FORM OVER FUNCTION... simple compromise for function is an inevitable sacrifice for form.
DESIGN should not be reduced to "form" (aka styling - whether exterior or interior). Maraming issues.

It's not simply "form vs function" anymore. The design process is a series of decisions, and in every decision - no matter how small - you have to answer FOUR basic questions:
- > AESTHETICS - Is it pleasant to the senses of the beholders?
- > UTILITIES - How useful is it, really?
- > ENGINEERING - Is it doable and safe?
- > ECONOMICS - Is it affordable to the target market?

These are the four balls a designer must continuously juggle in the design process. On rare occasions, economics is not an object. At other times, aesthetics is the priority over the other three. For military and construction vehicles, it's utility and engineering over aesthetics and economics.
As you can see, priorities can vary among these four criteria, depending on the project. The lower ranking criteria should consistently serve the requirements of the highter priorities.
As with most UVs, for the Tsikot PhUV, the order of priorities would be :
1) Economics
2) Utility
3) Engineering
4) Aesthetics
By no means does this imply that it's OK to have a lousy look. Rather it says that we should strive to have the coolest look and feel possible, without sacrificing the first three criteria. The challenge is to come up with the "coolest" (aesthetic) vehicle possible which serves the higher priority criteria.
