    sir wala sign ng oil/water mix up. check ko yung sockets ng spark plug walang sign na basa. yung coolant reservoir malinis, redcap wala rin sign ng oil. takip ng engine wala rin ibang mixture or signs na kakaiba.

    Dalawa lang cause nito. Either sira rad cap, excess pressure sa rad ay sinusuka sa expansion tank kaya napupuno dahil malambot spring.

    OR

    Buo rad cap pero talagang nag oover pressurise lang talaga ang cooling system kaya tumatapon lahat sa expansion tank.

    Cause ng overpressure,

    1. Singaw/warped head gasket:
    1.1 Singaw inbetween cooling water jacket and combustion chamber.
    1.2 Singaw in between oil gallery and cooling system(a.k.a Sharon Cuneta/tubig at langis/milo/ovaltine.)
    1.3 Comy of 1.1 & 1.2

    2. Cracked head
    2.1 Exhaust gasses escaping thru cooling system.
    2.2 Combustion chamber gasses escaping thru cooling system
    2.3 comby of 2.1 & 2.2

    3. Overheat.

    Di accurate compression test. Mas accurate leak down test.

    Pasakan ng compressed air ung spark plug hole at TDC for all cylinders. Makita mo bubula tubig sa radiator nyan.

    Top overhaul lang, kalahating araw lang yan pag kabisado ng mechanic oto mo at kunpleto ka na gamit pag dating sa shop nya.

    in my experience, "aux fans don't get fixed. they get replaced."
    but if they say, you have a radiator leak, than that could indeed cause all the problems you have been experiencing.

    DIY check mo lahat ng hoses, clamps at freeze plugs na kaya mong makita.

    baka may malutong na na hose, matigas na upper radiator hose, napakalambot na lower radiator hose, maluwag na clamp, or tumatagas na freeze plug.....baka lang

    makikita mo naman yung traces ng coolant.

    pinalitan nga ba o tinanggal yung thermostat?

    ibyahe mo at siguraduhin mong mainit ang makina saka mo itabi sa isang lugar.taas mo hood saka mo silipin kung may mga water leak.ung conversion kasi ng radiator minsan hindi maganda.ung pinaka sinasalpakan ng radiator cap.

    dapat ung dating sukat ng radiator cap mo .ganun din ung sukat ng radiator copper top na nilagay sayo.tingnan mo mabuti.kung iba ang sukat ng radiator cap mo ngayon kaysa sa dati.na experience ko na yan.may sukat din kasi ang pressure ng radiator.depende sa sasakyan mo.pero malamang yang sayo iba na ung rad cap mo.

    Yes. Do both dry and wet compression test.

    Sa dry testing, check mo kung pantay ang reading. Variance should be around <10% per cylinder. Record you readings.

    Then do wet testing by squirting motor oil sa spark plug sockets. Kung gumanda ang reading (tumaas substantially), you have worn out piston rings. Need to do overhaul.

    Kung mababa pa din reading after wet testing, you have sirang valve seals. Top overhaul.

    Kung dalawang magkatabing cylinder magkaparehong mababa, you have warped cylinder head and/or head gasket. Top overhaul plus head shaving sa machine shop
