just went there this affternoon for the repair of my wife's KIA GTX pride, ive been reading posts of good reviews of MMario and now is the first time i can experience it firsthand, he is a real nice guy and the job by Ryan was fast, it all costed me P2500 after discount for the replacement of evaporator which had the car's AC first problem after years of service. Now it seemed if not as cool as before probably cooler. Kia GTX is built with big compressors for a small car, kya chilly inside!! Thanks MM

mura nga kay mang mario, nagpa quote ako sa iba: cleaning daw 550, iba pa bayad ng r12 or 134A, iba parin bayad sa oil, total ng quote sa akin P1,200. accord nga pala car. tapos pagawa ako kay mang mario, linis cooling coil, leak test, linis din yung parang radiator sa harap, lagay oil, lagay cooling gas, total: P600.

Dear Tsikoteers!

Question lang: I don't know kung paranoid lang ako or hindi, pero it looks like that when I turn ON the rear A/C with the front A/C, eh parang mas malamig ang buga ng front A/C. I tried using the front A/C lang with the rear turned OFF, parang kulang kasi ang lamig at walang kagat! When I turn ON the rear A/C, lamig! Pwede ba yun??? BTW my ride is a Gen II Pajero. AFAIK, hiwalay ang drier(?) nila, but iisa lang ang compressor. How about the expansion valve? Alam ko meron sa rear A/C, sa front kaya??
Just asking lang po.

Using both the front and rear A/C will not increase your fuel consumption, it'll even maximize the cooling efficiency.

First time ko i-try services ni Mang Mario Bad trip pa. My aunt has a 93 Vannette na nagloko air-con. Pinatingnan na niya sa Banawe and duda siya kasi sa 3 shops na pinuntahan niya, iba-iba diagnosis. Ung first shop cleaning and freon-recharging lang, 2nd compressor daw and last ung magnetic clutch daw.

Anyway, to cut the story short, nagtanong siya sa akin and I referred Mang Mario. I gave her a printed copy of the first pages of this thread, incl the vicinity map. She went there this morning and kanina lang dumating galit na galit.

Pinaiwan pala ung vanette and pinabalikan ngaung hapon. so nag SM daw muna sila, pagbalik niya gawa na ung vanette pero in her own word "nababoy" daw ung sasakyan and "balahura" daw mga tao. pinakita niya sa akin mga fingerprint na may grasa and even ung dashboard madumi. Metikolosa pa naman un.

bad trip no?
