What's the best car tint brand and color?

Guys, do you have recent quotes for Platinum tint? Yung iba kasi medyo last year pa sila nagpa-kabit. Where and how much na kaya ang Platinum sa ngayon for a 4-door sedan?

Btw, any suggestion as regards what color/tint goes best with a silver car?

For a silver colored vehicle, try other darker colors like black or charcoal. IMO, Dont get the gold or silver shades.

About the visibility of the tints, get the one-way (sorry forgot the proper term) tints if you dont want to be visible to pedestrians or other people outside your car (when you are using the car). But when you are using the one-way tints, you can see clearly outside, just dont overdo things (like putting two layers of black tints-you wont be able to see at night).

number001 is right... Heavy black tints look very nice on silver cars. Just see for yourself...

I found a cheaper alternative. Platinum tints. P2,500 lang buong car na (5-door sedan), may 5-year warranty pa. I got this quotation from Araneta Car Accessories. Guys, you think this is a good price? I don't have much budget for brands like 3M and Solar Gard, but I don't want to use Neuvision since I heard so much negative feedback about it.

I've been reading a lot on tints on this forum and medyo nakakahilo na. Sino nga uli may mga platinum tints sa inyo? I tried the search function pero di ko na mahanap, sorry. Feedback naman uli please? Thanks!

i think ok narin yung 2500 price for the platinum tint sa buong car. ok naman yung platinum tint. same make din yata sila ng 3M. yan din gamit namin sa landcruiser 60 series namin. mas maganda yung one piece ang ikakabit nila sa front and rear glass ng car mo.

pre ako ata yung tinutukoy mo, yep ok pa siya. no bubbles. Mirareed yung sa front windshield ko and platinum naman sa other windows. May 3M na din sila. Look for Alex sa Auto Dresscode. Kung taga Marikina ka, punta ka dun sa shop ng brother ni Alex na si Aris sa may Gil Fernando Ave (formerly Tuazon). Envy yung name nung shop.

hindi ka naman masyadong makikita pag neutral magic tint sa harap kasi reflective naman yung magic tint. pero if you really want na hindi ka kita sa harap then medium black magic yung gagamitin mo sa harap.

Mcbry, it seems pareho tayo ng predicament. Platinum super black sa sides and rear, and sa windshield plano ko din medium black na lang, NOT magic. Ayoko pala nung reflective na parang mirror kasi silver na ung car ko.

My car assistant was able to find a tint installer sa Banawe na P1,400 lang pero ang coverage is sides and rear, tapos ung sa windshield medyo weird kasi ang pina-cover lang nya is ung top and bottom part. So, that leaves the middle part untinted! I'm planning to have it removed and replaced with a one-piece tint for the entire windshied.

Guys, what looks better? Pag pinalagyan ko ba ung entire windhield ng medium black dapat pa ba alisin ung visor, or pwede na patungan un? Ung sa bottom part definitely papaalis ko un.
