What's the best car tint brand and color?

I used Solar Guard..... OK pa naman sya plus may lifetime warranty for $65 lang installed na (front windows lang since meron na originally yung rear ko plus 1/4 of the front windshield).

I'm currently using 3M magic neutral on my car. I'm not satisfied though with its heat rejection, so I'm contemplating of changing my tint to solargard. My sis' car has this for its tint, magic superdark. As mentioned by other forumers, solargard's heat rejection is SUPERB! Btw, would it be possible if i retain my 3M tint and install a solargard tint over it? Imho, correct me if I'm wrong, this would double heat rejection since i would have two layers of tint now. What shade could be achieved overlapping a magic super dark tint over a magic neutral?

i'd agree that the heat rejection of the 3m magic neutral isn't that sufficient... am using it right now on my rav4 in all of the windows.

the benefits however is superb visibility (from inside)

Last week, I had a Mirareed tint job at CopperBlue in Paranaque. I chose Super Black for all wy glass except for the windshield, which was in Light Smoke. My Ride is a Pajero, and i paid ONLY P3,500 all in. In cubao, the pajero tint job was estimated at 5,500 using 3m tints.

I like the color tint of Mirareed! IMO, mas maganda kesa 3M Super Dark (in my RAV4). Mas maganda ang hue. The view from inside is browny as opposed to dark bluish for 3M. My Only regret was not having Dark Smoke installed in the windshield. Medyo kita yung dash from the outside. It aslo comes with a 3yr warranty. And another gripe... i was promised a one piece application in my windshield, kaya lang di nakasa ng maayos and i had to accept a 2 piece front tint.

May nakita ako na mirareed flyer dati sa banawe somewhere, kaya lang, di na nila dala ang Mirareed.

Dun lang sa copperblue talaga ang alam kong merong mirareed. 3500, all in na yon, including scraping. :D

Yung installer nila medyo pabaya. Kelangan bantayan mo.

I think Mirareed is the best in terms of price/ performance. Whether or not it retains its color after a couple of years remains to be seen hehe :D Heat rejection is a-ok! Kaya lang, i think my tint is too dark. nakasabit ako ng owner while backing up

Yung installation, well, medyo natagalan ako. Believe it or not, medyo 6 hours ata!!! Hindi kasi marunong mag-manage yung may-ari ng copperblue. ang dami namin nagpagawa (ng tint, audio setup, etc), pinag-sabay sabay!!! It should not have taken more than 2 hours.

So if you plan to have your tint done there, i suggest you go early... i think they open at nine.

3 years, bat saken naman 5 yrs daw warranty? anywayz, talagang medyo kailangan mong tutukan yung gumagawa. naka dalawang balik ako dun at mukhang magiging tatlo na dahil ayaw mawala nung bubbles sa driver side window ko.

ako din po nagtanggal ng tint..kasi sagwa nung kabit sa kin...i used 3m sa harap..ung magic tint, plus ung solar guard na black sa windows and sa rear....oks naman esp ung solar guard...problem ko lang is pag gabi tapos alang ilaw sa dinadaanan mo....tulad nung isang part ng macapagal...

walang tint?oks din naman....wag nga lang mababad sa araw...pero iba pa rin may tint...mas ok maskit tanghali...

may masusuggest ba kayo na tint?ang nagagamit ko pa lang na oks sa kin e solar guard...balak ko sana kasi ung di kita sa loob pero maganda visibilty sa gabi...kahit madilim konti ung dadaanan...

suggest sa kin ng pinsan ko platinum...i think 3t ata sa may banawe...

and another thing...ingat po sa mga nagpapakabit sa kalye boys sa banawe..bad trip ung kabit nila sa kin kaya pinatanggal ko muna eh...

co_drums_ol, ok naman yung tintboy ng echo speed. dati siya tintboy sa mitsubishi motors. allan pangalan nun. yung tint naman tint nila kaso di branded like 3M. Bigay naman sila warranty kaya okay lang. Ok yung Neuvision nila na promo.
