Hi anyone here installed vk 40 on front windshield? I would like to know the actual view from inside and out. By the way is it really greenish in color? Thanks

Sakin vk40 front, oem sides. From outside, medyo greenish talaga and sometimes parang reflective. From inside, ok naman visibility.

I have BC20 installed on my sides and rear. Okay naman sya kapag may araw, hindi sya madilim from the inside. Planning to change my platinum windshield to either BC20 or BC10.

What would you recommend BC20 or BC10? Hindi ko sya makita kung madilim o hindi sa gabi since yung windshield ay may ilaw coming from the headlamp kaya lumilinaw, sa side naman eh wala.

Hi Andrew, have been there contemplating on the windshield if what bc ilalagay. My answer: i would recommend bc 35 if hirap ka sa gabi magmaneho, bc 20 is ok also but Bc 10 is very dark for me. So go for bc 35 or bc 20

Mahirap lng sa reflective is that sa gabi parang gloomy ang tingin mo. If i were you go for cs series, from the inside maliwanag sha

VKool VK series 70 for front windshield, get the clearest tint you can afford for visibility during heavy rain at night.

My setup at present is 3m on full windshield it is color stable 35, then sa front sides cs 05, then the rest is fxst 05.

Fxst 05 , (superdark tint) pinapalit ko to cs 05 also super dark tint but bright from viewing inside to outside. ----- that's what im looking for in vkool tint. Any suggestions and if you have actual pics if possible.

Contemplating still for front windshield if vk40 or vk 30. Again privacy as well as clear view from the inside is what matters to me especially heat rejection.
    Thanks

    butting in..
    tint cuts both ways, po.
if they can't see you inside, it's a safe bet, you won't see them either, especially at night. dangerous driving, this is.

There's no VK30. I have VK40 on my windshield and I'm visible from the outside.

^Oh, my bad! That wasn't available when I had my tint installed last year. In any case, all the VK series offer great visibility BOTH ways. Even the darkest, VK30, which seems to be just a few shades darker than my 40 would not really hide you from anyone. The driver can be seen even at night.

The darker shades in the other series might be better for you if you want privacy.

Edit: I have X15 on my windows. Some angles are reflective from the outside, but not very opaque.

We should really have tint law, at least for front windshield. Minimum 30% VLT only. No medium tint, no dark tint.
