Wala nga talaga plano but na project ba niya properly sa consul? Baka hindd niya nasagot mga questions? They're not Gods but they know what to look out for and I'm sure they undegons rigorous training to be consul.

There's probably inconsistencies sa mga sagot niya.

First walang alam naman mga consuls sa individual applicants. They're just basing their questions Kung ano submit mo or kung ano sinabi mo.

I still stand by my opinion na kahit maayos lahat ng documents mo at wala ka naman talaga balak mag TNT, you can still get denied. Depende talaga sa consul.

Wala naman talagang 100% dahil spot checking lang sila sa Documents. Ngayon kung meron inconsistencies sa mga sagot niya sa tanong eh di denied pa rin. Kahit totoo Documents mo and you have millions in your accounts if you can't explain saan galing bagsak pa rin.

Exactly my point as well Yun mga nagsasabi na depende sa consul is yun mga na denied.

Wala nga algorithm pero meron silang sinusunod na parameters. Pag hinde na satisfy ng applicant yun eh di bagsak. Hinde naman pwedeng hinde lang Type ng consul yun mukha ng applicant or pangit gising ng consul denied niya na agad.

Disadvantage na agad ang applicant eh dahil all applicants are presumed intending immigrant so pag apply pa lang bagsak na applicants, it's up to the applicant to prove ba wala siyang planong mag over stay at mag vacation lang talaga.

Maganda nga lang ng Documents pero kung meron tanong kung sa dalang papeles hindd naman masagot or questionable ang sagot eh di bagsak pa rin.

Tingin ko, hindi yan sa consul. Depende talaga yan sa mga sasagot mo sa mga tanong niya. 3 times na kami nainterview, hindi hinihingi mga docs o supporting papers na dala.

Tinatanong lang ano gagawin sa US, bakit nagrerenew, ano ginagawa dito sa pinas. Ilan beses na nakapag US.

Kaya tingin ko, depende sa isasagot mo talaga sa consul. Kapag medyo nagduda ang consul, bago ka hihingian ng supporting docs

Kung napunta siya sa ibang consul, sigurado uwi siyang luhaan.

Eh nagkataon yung consul na nakausap niya mahilig sa music at magkinig sa mga banda.

That is tampering already. And will invalidate your visa. You don't need to transfer the visas in your old passport to a new passport. Just bring the old passport(s) together with your new passport whenever you travel.

When we applied for a US visa, we were only asked questions about what we are going to do in the US, and we were never asked for any documents. Less than 5min, approved na. Kasama na sa pag question sa mga anak ko, in which they were only asked for their names. So I don't know if swertehan or those consuls were required to undergo immense psychological training where in isang tingin palang sa applicant, alam na nilang walang good intention ang pagpunta nila sa US.

Mabilis lang pagkuha ng China visa (not Taiwan, visa free na ang Filipino dun). You just need to present your ITR and bank statement, plus your itinerary in China. You don't need to apply personally, pwede na through travel agency.

If meron ka ng dating China visa, you just have to present your old China visa and the immigration stamp, approved na agad visa mo.

Got my US Visa in Japan when I was a graduate student. Kwentuhan lang kami ng consul then by courier pinadala ang passport with visa.

IMO, they review the applications prior to interview. Tsaka in my case, wala halos siguro manloloko or TNT na nagmumula sa Japan kaya approved agad.

Kung swertehan lang ang depende sa consul. Eh di huwag na mag dala ng any Documents, Passport Lang dalhin ninyo pag punta ninyo sa embassy.

Ganun talaga. Attached mo yun lumang passport mo with valid visa sa new passport mo. Right now since I just renewed my passport I have to attached 2 passports na or 3 na siguro lahat ng valid visas ko na ibang-ibang lumang passports.
