my friend from davao who is a frequent flyer prefers cebu pacific
over PAL. mas mura na on time pa.

PAL pa rin. nung pumunta kami boracay via aklan, ok namn, wala namang delay
On my next vacation this coming Dec. I will be taking Cebu pacific both
international and domestic laki ng na-save ko mga 50% at mga bago
pa mga fleet nila. This will be my first time, been a PAL user since early 90's.
I'm really glad that they expanded their routes both international and
domestic.
i got to avail cebu pacific's promo to singapore. all i can say is that if budget is a priority, then cebu pacific is the best choice. just don't expect too much.
pros
affordable fares
new aircraft
(relatively) on time flights
20kg baggage allowance
cons
your arrive at singapore budget terminal
no free food. c2 lang!![]()
yung isang f.a. nila, mukhang artista.![]()
basta travelling on a budget, 5j is an excellent choice.
Was waiting for my (ex)GF from Davao. GrandAir flight. ETA 4PM. 5PM wala pa. Praning to the max. After a few hours natawagan ko sa celfone. Langya nasa Puerto Prinsesa daw sila nagsasakay ng pasahero. Finally arrived midnite na halos.
PAL kami ever since. Never tried any other airline. Simula sa Avro, BAC-111, Sunriser, etc. I remember flying from Manila to Cebu on an Airbus and we were served a full meal of fried chicken and bihon.
I'd really consider Cebu Pacific if they had better airport facilities in Manila![]()
I noticed that sa domestic flights naman puro young flight attendants ng PAL. Im back with PAL because they are on time already.
PAL for the ff. reasons:
-miles
-terminal 2
-direct flight to LAX
kaya lang, lagi natatapat ako na plane always late. a couple of weeks ago, our flight to tagbilaran was delayed for 3 hours.![]()
Ganda sana timing ng Grandair during the mid 90's...but they got a wrong plane and management. They leased 2 old airbus A300-B4 (220 seats) which can only land on selected long runways in the country. (cebu and davao). nakalimutan nila Iloilo and Bacolod which only 45 mins away from manila, more frequency sana and high passenger. Then they open the MNL-HKG, with two old planes? They also leased another old 737-200 to fly the domestic routes vacated by their A300. ( down grade ang labas).
Lastly hindi marunong mag bayad ng utang ang management. HK authorities chained up 1 A300 plane in HK dahil di naka bayad with passengers on board.(na turn off).
If they got 2 A320 sana baka Grandair still flying.
PAL ako pag domestic flight
(OT: pero kung international ibang airlines as much as possible... Sinasagad kasi ng PAL ang pasensya ng mga Pinoy na pasahero....)
:starwars:
Cebu pacific (hong kong flights) cheaper fare, new aircraft, but no food, only C2 ice tea. But you have the option to buy food inside the aircraft, or buy from the outside.
PAL (hong kong flights) higher fare, have free onboard meals.
But both have same kind of good service![]()
usually PAL ako.. pero 2 weeks ago, i tried cebu pacific from HK to manila para naman maiba, saka well para makatipid ng konti. ok naman ang serive, mga bata pa yung crew, kaso na bad trip ako sa ground staff nila! grabe! walang modo, napamura pa nga ako nung checkin eh.. sabi nung nasa likod ko na foreigner, what do you for a cheap airline.. hhmm oo nga naman..so next time PAL ulit ako..
i think for cebu pac to keep up with or even surpass pal, dapat ayusin nila ground staff nila! buset!
