IELTS, is an english exam both verbal and written right?

In my opinion pards kailangan mo yan, Mahal nga lang in Phil money pero para ka ring nagtatanim sa ngayon, masakit sa bulsa pero it will benefit you in the long run.

E.g. kung saan kailangan, job, education (Master's degree or kung gusto mo ma validate o macredit yung natapos mo), or just plain as having it you'll never know baka kailanganin mo siya.

Most big cities in Canada are surrounded by mountains (except Winterpeg)...Unless you work outside, snow shouldn't bother you that much...and there's no such thing there as "probinsya" or "promdi"......for most people i know, the thing that they would always wish is a short drive from their houses to their workplaces (and that includes me) and you shouldn't be worried to much about the weather..once you are there for a year, it wont be a biggie.

meron tayong old thread started by muah for referrence.
    migrating to canada

we also went to an agency to apply for us.
the reason, the work we have now (telecom) is not related to what we finished (pre-med).
but in a long run, you dont need any agency to help you as long you pass the 67 points assessment.
nag sisisi nga kami, sayang tuloy P70K namin.

we applied april 2001 (we complited all neccesary documents). nov 2004, embassy requested an updated schedule 1. now, where are waiting for a scheduled interview (if any) or medical.

When availing for the services of an agency, are they going to help until you finally leave the country? Or until they submitted your documents to embassy only. My bit of concern is that when papers are already submitted, and now am in the process of waiting for 1-2-3 years, and then the agency closed down before I left the country, will that be a problem?

mahirap nga yung ganun..ano ba agency mo? dapat check mo muna background nila before you availed their services.

sir, my advice. apply straight to the embassy na lang. an agency will help file the papers lang. THATS all. the process (treatment) by the embassy is same as other ordinary applicants.

Another option is through the internet and postal service if you dont have time to go to the embassy, use the computer in your office. All the application forms and instructions are already there, just download, print and fill-up tapos mail through postal service. Ang downside lang is maraming forms yon, kaya siguradong ubos yung ink ng printer. Use this website. www.cic.gc.ca

Well not unless your hit by a snowstorm. Nova Scotia was bombarded by strong winds and heavy snowfall last december and january.
I dont know about the occurences of snow storms in nova scotia, but here in winnipeg its once every 2 years and I just experienced my first 1 this year. Ordinary snow during the winter season is easy to get use to but having a snowstorm is another story.

Im not sure about their requirements now. Years ago, i was approved for a single entry tourist visa but never used it coz i got an independent visa after that.
