i received a letter from the embassy requesting me to submit our passports and some pictures for the completion of the visa processing and eventually for release. there is an instructions for the picture and kailangan exact sa specifications or else mare-reject ito. Ask ko lang..pagsinabing crown to chin. where exactly is the crown ? stupid question maybe but i need some opinion especially sa mga naka-experience na to comply with this requirements. Sa may hairline ba yung crown or sa tip ng hair? thanks
