clutch problem for 4d56

mga sirs,
i already replaced all parts of my L300 diesel but still i cant shift the gear when engine is running but when its off it can shift?
i replace the ff parts:

clutch disc - one the 1 spring is broken but the lining is thick,pero replace ko

pressure plate - kayod narin,kya replace na din

clutch fork - broken push rod returner,yung lang and sira pero pinaltan kona din

release bearing - may tama na din

primary clutch - worn out piston&wheel caps, piston chamber ok pa niliha kolang.

secondary clutch - worn out piston&wheel caps,piston chamber ok pa niliha kolang.

ganun parin ayaw mag shift.

of course it will shift even engine off or clutch pedal is not depressed,any kind of car except automatic,baka mali lang yung adjustment ng clucth,you know clutch adjustment involves setting the correct amount of free play in the release mechanism,.,.too much free play could cause to drag during clucth diengagement,,too little naman sa free play could cause slippage,check mo muna and siguraduhin mo na tama ang adjustment,and if that one is ok,then your problem is transmission shift rod,could be bent or misaligned.....
