clutch problem for 4d56

mga sirs,
i already replaced all parts of my L300 diesel but still i cant shift the gear when engine is running but when its off it can shift?
i replace the ff parts:

clutch disc - one the 1 spring is broken but the lining is thick,pero replace ko

pressure plate - kayod narin,kya replace na din

clutch fork - broken push rod returner,yung lang and sira pero pinaltan kona din

release bearing - may tama na din

primary clutch - worn out piston&wheel caps, piston chamber ok pa niliha kolang.

secondary clutch - worn out piston&wheel caps,piston chamber ok pa niliha kolang.

ganun parin ayaw mag shift.

if you've done evrything na baka nasa tranny na yan, your synchros might be going bad or has gone south na.

no its not the tranny coz when the engine is off it can shift easily in all gears,
boy my ride wrestle me good right now.
i still need your expertise on this guys.

of course it will shift even engine off or clutch pedal is not depressed,any kind of car except automatic,baka mali lang yung adjustment ng clucth,you know clutch adjustment involves setting the correct amount of free play in the release mechanism,.,.too much free play could cause to drag during clucth diengagement,,too little naman sa free play could cause slippage,check mo muna and siguraduhin mo na tama ang adjustment,and if that one is ok,then your problem is transmission shift rod,could be bent or misaligned.....

i mean if ok ang adjustment pero di pa rin maengage ang manual shifter mo,check the shift rod.

what was the original problem before you start replacing the clutch system? did the non shifting happened only after the parts were replaced?

hirap na talaga pumasok ang 2gear,nag 1st gear pko.
then adjust ko clutch ganun pa din so decided to open the tranny then i found broken spring in the clutch disc,
when i replace it ayaw na talaga pumasok lahat ng gear lalo at pang napasama.

gumagalaw ba yun secondary pag apak mo clutch pedal?

hirap na talaga pumasok ang 2gear,nag 1st gear pko.

when i replace it ayaw na talaga pumasok lahat ng gear lalo at pang napasama.

hindi pa yun tranny ang nabuksan mo kung clutch disc, preesure plate palang nakita mo. kung nagawa mo na lahat and tama adjustments yun mismong loob na ng transmission ang problem niyan. baka worn out na mga gears.

this might help. dalawang rason lang kung bakit ka makakakambyo, una kung patay ang engine mo. bakit? dahil hindi umiikot ang o walang pressure sa main drive ng transmission mo. pangalawa, kung hindi naka engage ang clutch lining mo sa pressure plate at flywheel mo. tulad ng sabi mo,nakakakambyo ka kung patay ang engine. napakaimposible na hindi ka makakakambyo kung umaandar ang engine mo na HINDI NAKA ENGAGE ang clutch lining mo sa flywheel at pressure plate mo.

paano idis engage ang clutch lining sa flywheel at pressure plate? dapat itulak ni release bearing si pressure plate, kapag tinutulak ni release bearing si pressure plate, umaatras ung umiipit kay clutch lining kay flywheel. ibig sabihin, kapag lumalalim ang tulak ni release bearing kay pressure plate, mas nakakawala si clutch lining.
makakakambyo ka lang kung makakawala ng full si clutch lining.

kaya dun ka pumunta sa kung paano nya maitutulak ng malaki/malalim para makawala si clutch lining para makakambyo ka.
1. adjustment sa mismong inaapakan mo na clutch, dalawa inaadjust jan para tumaas sya o lumalim sya, una yung stopper nya, pangalawa yung nasa likod nya, itry mo na ifull adjust ung nasa likod nya, ung tipong tataas ng husto yung clutch pedal mo. dapat kung nakataas ito, makikita mo na anlaki ng tulak nung tumutulak sa cluch fork mo(eto ung tumutulak sa release bearing).
2. linya ng clutch fluid mo, baka barado naman, nakafull adjust ka na pataas pero kung titignan mo anliit parin ng tulak, tignan mo yung mga rubber cap mo baka may singaw sa primary o secondary.
