as for number 2 ganun din yung na experience ko.

    any thoughts?
you can actually make your car move forward by slowly releasing the clutch without stepping on the gas. I do this even on inclines like being stuck in traffic on a bridge. But then I have a 6 cylinder diesel engine ;)

as for your clutch, it's still looks good to me. ma feel mo naman coz during high revs your engine does not give you the usual speed that it does before. of course the clutch system is one of culprit of this, the other being the ignition or the fuel delivery, heck even a bad bearing in the aircon compressor/ power steering pump/alternator could cause also this symtoms.

    many tnx..
kung bago ang clutch linining mo sir, try mo palitan ng clutch fluid. also check the master for leaks too.
if all's well, most probably the synchronizer na ang culprit.

sabi na nga bah eh.. yung nga ang narinig mo.. kasi sakin I seldom experience that noise only when I change gear without pressing the clutch pedal.. parang ginawa ko automatic.. minsa ang sakit nga sa dibdib kpag narinig ko yan... pero i didnt really mean it na gawin.. fast shift kasi kaya ganun..

anyways, about the prob.. uhmm.. di kaya kulang adjustement yung clutch pedal mo (distance from the floor) what if? kasi hindi kumagat eh.. or sakto ba yong pag change ng gear full press ba talaga yung pedal? wla bang leak yung clutch fluid? check it muna bro.

hmmm, interesting, i did notice some leaking sa ilalim ng engine ko. pero at first glance ang isip ko agad is engine oil. pero it could be clutch fluid. is there a way to differentiate the two?

suggest ko lagay ka ng newspaper sa ilalim ng car. leave it overnight. then:
    kapag black, diesel oil
light to dark brown, gasoline engine oil, and smells a bit like gasoline
    kapag reddish, atf
kapag light to dark brown, smells like ****, gear oil
kapag almost clear to brown, brake fluid
kapag clear tapos medyo natutuyo, tubig na iyan. hehehe
