so nasa ATF?? ano yung auto transmission fluid? (syensya na po bago lang ako sa mga term)
oo nga eh...as in "thugg!" maririning mo yung yung kagat ng mga bakal sa ilalim ng kotse. (di ko alam kung mga gear yun eh)
kaya ang ginagawa ko..di na ako nag-Neutral mode. pag traffic tapak brake lang.

pag traffic lang, N ka..masisira agad yang tranny mo...
atf, dapat specs first, then brand.....di lahat ng ATF ay parepareho..pagcheck ng atf: dipstick, bunot while on ang makina, punas dipstick, pasok then bunot ulit... dapat HINDI lalampas sa F mark yan..smell mo na din, kung may pagkamoy sunog, magipon ka na ng pampalit ng tranny...not necessarily mapula siya, basta dapat amoy ATF parin(parang sweet-chili)
pag nasira, 2 lang choice mo nyan, palit or overhaul...pero kung ako sayo, palit ka nalang....mas cost-effective pa yan..ung sirang tranny mo, benta mo, pakilo mo or pagawa mo..its up to you...

have it checked by a competent mechanic / shop (like speedyfix in san juan)... mahirap na mag 2nd guess lalo na newbie ka sa kotse.

basta its cheaper and cost effective kung makakakuha ka ng maayos na surplus na tranny than overhauling the whole thing...for example ung liteace ko,nagpalit ako ng a/t tranny: 6,500 tranny, 4000 labor, 2000 ATF,paper and cork gasket, gaas, and silicone sealant= 10,700.00 plus 1 month warranty kung sakaling nagkaproblem...
nagask ako ng pa-overhaul:almost 30,000 for rebuilding kit(in my case, since imported liteace ko, they will katay a perfectly good surplus just to get whats inside and replace it to my tranny), fluid and labor....but theres no guarantee na maayos siya pagka-overhaul...
ung CV, maririnig mo yan while making a u-turn...normally, may usad yan pag-D, pero kung may tunog, try to look mo muna ung mga bushings and ball joints...baka may sira lang...

yung sa u turn ko po...ala naman tunog...
yun lang sa change gear ko from n to d. ang kadyot (thugg!! sound)
by the way, kapag nga pala nasa N ako then d4. kung di ako tatapak ng gas...at hahayaan ko lang kusang tumakbo. ala siyang kadyot sounds.
