No, you don’t sound like JM. JM, when he was still active, was a yaker. Loves yaking away, impressing us with his intelligence. Nakaka pagod basahin mga post. He is also onion skinned, very uncharacteristic of a lawyer, if he really is one. He likes to send threatening posts to those who cross him. I suspect he uses another alias, Jack Hussain. Yung issue naman ata kay Vico is because it's covered under "Luzon" ECQ guidelines/rules so hindi included ang Davao?

They can enforce whatever guidelines/rules they want on their municipality.

Share ko lang experience ko last Sunday sa checkpoint from Rizal entering Metro Manila (I went from Cainta to Mandaluyong to bring meds to my sister who was sick at that time).

Yung checkpoint na dinaanan ko was yung sa Marcos Highway westbound. Galing ako ng Imelda avenue in Cainta then pumasok ng Marcos Highway, then the first u-turn (sa tapat ng Burger King) was closed. So yung only open na u-turn in yung sa may tapat ng Shell after Town & Country. Sobrang haba ng pila that time, it took me more than 1 hour (mga 1 hour and 15 minutes) just to get through checkpoint. Haba na nga pila before pa mag-Burger King, and around 500m pa before reaching the Shell u-turn slot. Matagal talaga since isa-isa tinatanong kung ano purpose, tapos another pila for thermal scanner, tapos another pila para dun sa disinfecting stations para sa mga cars (I call this libreng carwash )

So after the whole ordeal, dire-diretso na. Daan ko Marcos Highway - Bonny Serrano - EDSA - Guadalupe cloverleaf pabalik ng EDSA Northbound.

Summary: Overall, wala talagang traffic. Yung pila lang talaga sa checkpoint ang matagal. Yung pagtapos ko ng checkpoint to dropping my sister's meds and getting back home took me a total of around 30 minutes. Literal drop-off lang ako cause ayoko rin mag-tagal sa labas.

QUESTION: Medyo off-topic but what are your thoughts on hitchhikers? I saw one sa EDSA on my way to Mandaluyong, he was hailing at my car, stopped, then asked him where he is headed to. Sabi niya Ayala daw siya (I stopped sa may EDSA- Boni), then I told him na bababa ako ng Guada cloverleaf papunta ng EDSA Northbound (sarado yung Apo Street from EDSA going to the Boni Underpass). So hindi ko na rin siya naisabay. Good thing social distancing was still observed kasi I just rolled down my right co-driver window. My first instinct was to help the guy, but then I quickly realized that he may be infected or something.

I told my dad about this and he told me na I must protect myself first. He didn't think na kung infected siya, mas naisip niya na baka holdapin ako, take my car, which is worse kasi mag-isa lang ako that time. He has a point naman pero nakakaawa talaga yung mga naglalakad. Any thoughts? This is quite a dilemma for me since I really wanted to help but I also needed to protect myself.

even before, accommodating a total stranger hitch hiker is already a big gamble.
with covid 19, it is now an even bigger gamble.

Yup nakakaawa pero kasi kung lalabas sila dapat expected na nila na maglalakad sila kung wala silang sasakyan. Kung magkahawaan kayo it's not helping anyone din naman.

Dapat ngayon hanggang katapusan eh lahat ng private vehicles meron ng coding pero baligtad, yun ano yun coding day mo lang pwede gamitin para 2x a week mo lang magamit sasakyan. Then weekend odd/even naman Para mabawasan na lumalabas sa mga private vehicles.
