Feb 11,2013 ko nakuha unit ko, nakita ko OR/CR ko dated Mar 20, 2013 na. Binigay skin ng SA ko kasama plaka May 10, 2013 na. Green plate pa that time plate ko. Grabe ganun katagal bago binigay skin ng SA ko.

in my case naman, got my unit november 13, 2014 and they registered it february 13, 2015 as indicated in the cr and until now, wala pang plate.. the guy from lto told me na omvsp daw can take as long as 6 months to be released..

Simple lang, do not accept the car if there is no plate. Masyado atat pinoy to bring the car home kahit wala pa plaka. Kung lahat ng buyer would not accept the car, then mapipilitan dealer makumpleto hanggan maregister yun sasakyan

Or you could file a complaint and the risk of getting fined would be more than enough to change the way they do things.

This might help you. Better report these dealers kasi sa totoo lang may fault din sila

sir formal complaint ba ito? via email lang ba or personal appearance? baka meron kang template sir na pede mahingi ifile ko rin against Toyota Shaw naman..since walang mabigay na malinaw na update sakin kasi yung distributor mismo walang reply sa last email ko for follow up.

Ganun po ba? I understand yung 5k fine is for those with plates but failed to attach. Mine was or/cr but no plate issued kahapon lang, di naman siguro itatago ni dealer yung plate number ko kung binigay na ni LTO? Lahat ba ng binigyan ni LTO ng or/cr automatic may plate number na?
