Anong dealer pre? Kung wala CSR, di marerehistro yan. I suggest tawag ka sa main office ng dealer mo.

Toyota Alabang. Yung mga manager or head ng Toyota di mo na sila mahagilap. ang laging sagot, naprocess na. hinihintay nalang ang transmittal.

Hi i will just share my experience. I went to Toyota Pasong Tamo directly na for my transmittal kasi nakakapagod sa phone pinapasa pasa lang nila. Very nice naman yung SA and gave me a photocopy of the transmittal to LTO. Then ako na nagpunta directly to LTO para kumuha ng plate. Luckily LTO gave my plates and OR CR without authorization from Toyota. They just photocopied my ID when i claimed my plates. Took me two days in LTO to get my plates and OR CR.

Got my car March 9. Yung date ng transmittal ay March 24. Got my plates March 31. Hehe. I suggest kulitin ang SA for the transmittal at kayo nalang kumuha LTO, ang dami nila pinapa process LTO kaya matagal. Plus sa totoo lang per batch talaga sila umasikaso. At tagal din mag file ng dealer eh.

Sir di nagbubukas yung link na binigay mo re filing complaint sa LTO. Sa iba naman nag divert. Not sure if ako lang naka experience. Thanks.

All I know is there are some issues with the plates again. I was supposed to get one of the new plates 45 days after I renewed the registration on one of my cars last Feb. We followed up this week and guess what, baka January 2016 pa daw makuha yung new plates hahaha


LTO needs a revamp from the bottom up

For those that renewed during the first quarter of the year, it's stamped 45 days plates will be available and bring the CR for validation. Now they stamp on the CR valid until new plates are available. Meaning wala ng timeline as LTO themselves don;t know as to when the new plates will be available.

Just show how screwed this agency is
