Yes surely it will show up in their system. But since meron kana affidavit of loss, you can play dumb and claim someone used your license and that someone that was caught for speeding is not you. It's now up to you how to play dumb and be able to stand by it.

more than the fine kasi, yung hassle nang pagpunta sa main office yung iniiwasan ko. since may license naman ako,
antayin ko na lang yung renewal.

hindi naman cguro ak makukulong ano? any advise?

Hindi ka makukulong, the most sa ganyan is penalty lang. Just keep the copy of your affidavit and i think pwede ka ng magrequest ng new license. Yun nga lang, wala pang available id cards ang LTO. hayyyy...

Sa SCTEX minsan dapat aware din tayo sa kasalubong, kasi last time yung 5 star bus flash ng flash ng high beam, tapos napansin ko sumesenyas yung konduktor. Ayun may namamaril pala, buti na lang nagmabagal ako.

Ano po ba speed limit ng mga hi way na ito?? Di ko alam ha. Hinahataw ko ng 100 to 140 EON ko dito. Hehe.

100 kph max and 60 kph minimum.

It's better to claim your license than wait for the alarm on you. If they have a picture of your car over speeding. they have proof that it was you. I suggest not to complicate things that might compromise your license or your cars registration anyway you know what you did sir.

Thanks. Next time 100 na lang ako.. kala ko mga 150. Wala kasi akong napansing sign. May mga mas matulin pa nga sa akin na SUV at big bike.

If NLEX, most probably may picture yan with the plate number very visible. You can send an email to customer_service*tollways.net.ph and request for the picture. Just indicate the following:
Date:
TOP number:
Car make & Model:
Plate number:
Location:

buti na lang di ako natyempuhan. mukang mahirap manubos. last april kasi nung nagbyahe ako pa norte, kala ko walang speed limit sa sctex. sa nlex kasi 100kph lang takbo ko. pero nung nasa sctex, dun na ako napahataw. napatakbo ko yung optra ng tropa ko ng 170kph. sabi kasi ng tropa ko wala daw nanghuhuli ng overspeeding. di ko na uulitin yun. tama na yung 100kph para safe driving lang.
