So...when will they tell us what they did to the Dalian Trains in order to be fit for service?

matagal pa siguro.
as i understand it, the bagones did not come with the requisite electronics, to communicate with the rest of the train system.

everytime i think about it, my blood boils at those responsible.
during the time of purchase, they were singing praises, that our woes will soon be over.
