matagal pa siguro.
as i understand it, the bagones did not come with the requisite electronics, to communicate with the rest of the train system.

everytime i think about it, my blood boils at those responsible.
during the time of purchase, they were singing praises, that our woes will soon be over.

^electronics on the train coaches need to match the system installed on the rails and the stations as well

what are currently installed is outdated and needs to be upgraded

only then can they refit the dalian coaches with electronics that match the upgraded signalling system

Doc, i think everything is part of the contract so everyrhing will be in order. They are just making a big hullabaloo here. My wild guess is that everything that was done for show is actually part of the contract.
