    Add the multicabs that arrives in "chop-chop" then welded together.

    These vehicles are allowed because these are not "modified"? Yes, because these are assembled!

    Theres nothing wrong when it is used for leisure or for learning purposes.. but should not be used for the public service..

    LTO can easily do this if they only DO their mandate.. problem is they dont do inspections anymore and even if they authorize private companies to do the inspection.. will only revert to the lagay system..

    Its a good thing that LTO now do not require stencil for vehicles not older than 5 years (pls correct me if im wrong).

    1500 just to do the stencil? Kung malapit ka sa akin I'd do that for 1k

    Seriously bat ganun kamahal? And di mo mahanap yung engine at chassis number kaya sa casa mo pinagawa?
