Add the multicabs that arrives in "chop-chop" then welded together.
These vehicles are allowed because these are not "modified"? Yes, because these are assembled!

October 13th, 2018 05:32 PM #3Theres nothing wrong when it is used for leisure or for learning purposes.. but should not be used for the public service..
LTO can easily do this if they only DO their mandate.. problem is they dont do inspections anymore and even if they authorize private companies to do the inspection.. will only revert to the lagay system..
Its a good thing that LTO now do not require stencil for vehicles not older than 5 years (pls correct me if im wrong).
