    mine already looks old. is it possible to apply for a new plate (same plate no. though).?

    i don't think its easy though. what i suggest is for you to just repaint the plate with the same colors as the original.

    you have to prove that your plates have been lost or irreparably damaged before you can re-apply. at the very least you'll need an affidavit of loss. not sure if you'll need police clearances to go with that.
