If I were BCDA tataasan ko pa. Obviously demand still far exceeds supply. Baka dumating yung point mas malaki pa kinikita ng parking building kaysa office leasing. 😂

Three Parkade used to be P50 then P40. Now they are making it P50 then P10. I guess yung Three Parkade ang gusto nilang punuin.

Kung hindi lang mainit I will bike to work! Parking is so expensive everywhere. Kaya naman hanggang ngayon I still can't afford to pay for the insurance, registration and PMS of my car!!!

BTT pero OT.... Went to Barcino BGC the other night, parked at that pay parking joint which is under a building/condo.

The morning after, much to my dismay, somebody "scratched" the front fender of my car with a sharp instrument (most likely a paper cutter).

Buti nalang Vios ang gamit ko. But still, nakaka-badtrip pa rin.

Three Parkade. But you’ll need to come to work early as this fills up quickly. I used to pay 120 for 9 hours

The most affordable is the open parking area in front of the building where JP Morgan is located. Another affordable option is G parkade near Bonifacio High Street area. The rest are expensive. Since they are the most affordable, they are the first ones to be full.

Don’t ever park at High Street or Bonifacio Stopover or any of those open parking spaces near Mind Museum. It is like 50 for 3 hours and 50 per hour after.

It's not that easy unless upper management siya. Usually excom lang may parking (VP up) At least with people I know who work in BGC and Makati. Si crush reserve slot hehehe. Wife ng friend ko sa BGC work as VP e na bump off pa sa slot niya. Kaya sa labas siya rent P5200/mo. One indicator na mataas na talaga position pag may reserve slot sa Makati or BGC.

Unless you have a manager or senior-level position, only then you are given a free parking space. Some companies don’t even give free parking space for managers, only to directors and VPs.

The exhorbitant parking rates in BGC is one of the reasons why I got a part-time job where one of the perks is I can use one of the company’s parking slots.

Newly graduate ako before nag work few months sa isang bank sa Ayala Ave. Told the SVP parking is expensive, so binigyan ako ng slot sa Building, ako lang meron parking space na Hinde senior management.

Wala mga Employees nag dare mag asked baka nabigyan din sila.

Pinuntahan na lang ako nun VP for admin and hiningi copy ng car registration and gave me sticker.

Although I think the SVP knew my parents knows the vice-chairman so that's probably why I was accommodated. But still if I didn't asked hinde rin ako mabibigyan.

Ka daming available parking space sa building ninyo. Nakakahilo lang yun Stairs parang sa harry Potter parang gumagalaw lumilipat ng floor ang labas. 🤣
