Hi guys,
Anyone here know any area in The Fort (BGC) that offers flat rate parking for weekday office hours? Might be working there soon, just wondering if there is any so I can save up on parking fees.
Thanks!

I'm not sure kung flat rate sa market market..
None. I've worked in the Fort for the past two years, and parking rates have gone up to obscene rates, while parking areas have diminished just as fast. Parking at the lots on the west side (near Shell) is currently at Php 30 for the first 3 hours, 10/additional hour - same as Makati! And that rate applies whether it's a parking building, paved open parking, or just a muddy fieldParking is now also charged at Mckinley, no free parking to be found unless your company supplies you with a parking slot.
Woah! Looks like everyone's bringing bad news hehe...
Thanks for the info though..
If anyone here knows one let me know, or if you're living in BGC and have a parking lot to spare, PM me!
more bad news for people working in BGC.. starting March 3, all ayala controlled parking spaces/building will implement a 40.00 first 4 hours and a whooping 50.00 pesos per hour after that!! Mangyayari nyan every 4 hours lalabas mo sasakyan mo then papasok ulit..

^ If you ask me, i think it's BS palusot on saying "restos are complaining on lack of parking".
Someone told me before that quite a good amount of profits or dividends are derived from parking space fees.

Yun Market Market kaya maapektuhan nito?
3k a pop.. este a month pala. dont forget dala u fud![]()
Meron dito sa Fraser Place, 2.5K (yata). Yung mga office guys na may motor, they rented a parking lot, I think lima (5) sila. Then divided the rental among themselves.
1 slot can accomodate 5 motorcycles ..............
Wais ang mga loko.
I have an event to attend at Tony Roma's sa BGC sa may 5th Ave. cor. 28th Street. Meron ba silang parking, or (pay) parking area na malapit? If I arrive around 11am, me maparkingan pa ba ako? Thanks.
We understand their reasons naman. The problem is there are no convenient alternatives. If I arrive past 8am the nearest available parking is a good 15 minute walk away. Covered parking is 25 mins away. Will do wonders for my cholesterol though.

Sana gumawa sila ng isang malaking underground parking garage (parang yung sa resorts world SG) tapos mag lagay sila ng shuttle bus services to different areas from the parking garage. Tapos mag set sila ng designated areas for people who work there and those who just want to dine or shop, para convenient sa lahat...
Kaso mukhang pangarap ko lang to... hehe
That was reportedly what Manny Pangilinan was planning. Then the Ayalas bought him out.

CEO namin nagiisip na din to migrate to BGC. Yari sa traffic and parking.
