Parking space should be included in your package. If I were you I would ask for a parking space from the company. Or no deal! 🤪

Unless you have a manager or senior-level position, only then you are given a free parking space. Some companies don’t even give free parking space for managers, only to directors and VPs.

It's not that easy unless upper management siya. Usually excom lang may parking (VP up) At least with people I know who work in BGC and Makati. Si crush reserve slot hehehe. Wife ng friend ko sa BGC work as VP e na bump off pa sa slot niya. Kaya sa labas siya rent P5200/mo. One indicator na mataas na talaga position pag may reserve slot sa Makati or BGC.

Newly graduate ako before nag work few months sa isang bank sa Ayala Ave. Told the SVP parking is expensive, so binigyan ako ng slot sa Building, ako lang meron parking space na Hinde senior management.

Wala mga Employees nag dare mag asked baka nabigyan din sila.

Pinuntahan na lang ako nun VP for admin and hiningi copy ng car registration and gave me sticker.

Although I think the SVP knew my parents knows the vice-chairman so that's probably why I was accommodated. But still if I didn't asked hinde rin ako mabibigyan.

The exhorbitant parking rates in BGC is one of the reasons why I got a part-time job where one of the perks is I can use one of the company’s parking slots.
