I am glad the fort strip is still there. It's one the first establishments back when BGC was still called The Fort at puro talahib pa.

If you mean the West 30 A parking lot with the P70 flat rate (7am-6pm, I think?), it'll be closed forever to give way to new construction on Feb 6th. I am saddened by this news.

Unti unti na nauubos flat rate sa BGC. The same phenomenon happened in Ortigas more than a decade ago. Then you will be forced to pay expensive parking rates na.

I parked near Seda today. 3 lots yun, at 7:30AM full na yung 2 lots na usually may space pa before 9AM.

Pati sa regular rate lots kailangan na maaga talaga!

Exactly where in High street. P40 first 4 hours then P50 succeeding (before 6 pm). After 6 pm P10 na.

I like the central square or serendra basement parking. Yung one parkade and two parkade kasi steel parking. The rest are open parking which I don't like.

Update lang. Dun ako Napuntahan sa two parkade kahapon. 40 pesos first 4 hours (I styed 3 hours). Pero parang di naman flat rate. advantage lang dun is 24 hours open. Merong open space parking na 30 and meron ding 35 pero first 3 hours. And ang daming parking areas.
