ADB Advisory: Starting on 13 November 2015, random checkpoints will be set up near hotels billeting APEC delegations and attendees and APEC venues. The Philippine National Police (PNP) have advised the public to carry proper photo-identification like government issued photo ID cards (licenses, passports, etc) and vehicle registration papers with them at all times when transiting Manila. These checkpoints will be in place until circa 20 November.

APEC events are occurring in Pasay, Makati, BGC, and Ortigas. Key events are being hosted at the Makati Shangri La, the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), Mall of Asia Arena, and the Sofitel. An APEC event is also being hosted at ADB on 14 November and the security arrangements in and around ADB will increase on this day.

Delegate accommodation was spread throughout Manila at a majority of the five star hotels in Pasay, Makati, Manila, and Ortigas.

Sobrang traffic roxas blvd coastal NB to edsa.

Right turn ka sa gil puyat then left to taft ave. Didn't heard about the southbound though, same din siguro via taft ave.
