Flat Rate Parking in The Fort (BGC) area?

Hi guys,

Anyone here know any area in The Fort (BGC) that offers flat rate parking for weekday office hours? Might be working there soon, just wondering if there is any so I can save up on parking fees.

Flat Rate ang Market Market pag weekends lang. Pag weekdays, 25pesos first 4 hours yata tapos 5 pesos per additional hour.

Wala akong alam na ibang flat rate dun. Pero ang huli ko balita sa may Mckinley Hill, libre ang parking sa One World Square. Di ko lang alam kung ganon pa din ngayon.

None. I've worked in the Fort for the past two years, and parking rates have gone up to obscene rates, while parking areas have diminished just as fast. Parking at the lots on the west side (near Shell) is currently at Php 30 for the first 3 hours, 10/additional hour - same as Makati! And that rate applies whether it's a parking building, paved open parking, or just a muddy field Parking is now also charged at Mckinley, no free parking to be found unless your company supplies you with a parking slot.

TS: Have you inquired about renting a parking slot on a monthly basis on one of the buildings (or even on the building you'll be working in)? It could be more expensive, but the slot will be guaranteed and you'd have unlimited ingress/egress.

When I started working in '03, walang bayad parking sa BGC. Tapos naging flat rate na 10 pesos. Kung sana ganun pa din yung rates...

yup. ganyang nga ata yung sabi ng barkada ko. inggit na inggit ako non kasi ako sa makati ang mahal ng parking tapos siya 10 pesos lang. hehehe

Tried asking the BGC management itself but it seems more expensive (12 hr kasi)...

Will check other buildings when I get the chance

OO nga e, way back talagang cheap, when there were fewer buildings. Some friends studied in the nursing college there before and they also bragged about it hehe

Yep - will finally be getting my car back tomorrow, over two and a half months after the accident - most of that time spent trying to get approval for the repairs from the insurance (Prudential) of the construction company that had the industrial accident.

how much po flat rate?

It's Php 70 flat rate from 7AM to 7PM, if you get the car in the parking lot before 9 AM. However, the two lots are usually filled up by 8:30 AM.
