Sa bagay kung anu man gastos nila sa parking I am sure their taxes will more than compensate for that inconvinience

Kung sobrang kulang ang parking slots, gawin nilang 100 per hour yung fee. Supply and demand lang yan. Yung gustong magdala ng kotse, magbayad ng parking - may pambili ng kotse, dapat may pambayad parking.

Kung company, dapat kasi magprovide ng parking for employees.

True. Dapat kung ayaw magbayad ng parking, dapat di na lang nagdala ng sasakyan. I dont get the point people compalining about parking fees. Pero mahal nga talaga. The point is wala tayo magagawa kung ganun ang rate nila.

Parking is a realy big pain for BGC office goers. I already gave up, mas madalas nako mag commute. My company has a shuttle from shell edsa/ayala papasok ng BGC, 1 trip per shift kaya I do my best na maabutan ito. For the days na di ko inabutan ang shuttle, taxi nako, yung tig 50 pesos apat sakay.

On the very rare occasions that I take the Fort Bus, mas matagal pa pila kesa sa biyahe ko from Paranaque. Ewan kung malas lang talaga ko kasi at least 30 minutes ako pumipila.

Nahalata na siguro ng SLMC na office people in the area are using their parking so yep they raised the rates even worse than the Ayala parking rates...

meron pang flat rate, kaso you have to be there really early. kanina di ko akalain na wala nako aabutan. arrived at 6:50am, badtrip puno na. a few months ago sure na makakaparada ka basta andun ka before 7am.

Yan ang ginagawa ng mga taga-Cavite and Laguna samin. They also take advantage of our semi-flexi time. Pasok sila 7 then 4:30 alis na para iwas rush hour. Tampuhan na yan kung i-force mo mag-OT.

Pero kapag nagpresent ka ng receipt of more than 100 peso purchase from Jollibee or Starbucks near Shell upon exit sa parking waived na yung 35 pesos initial payment as long as the receipt is dated/timed between the time you enter the parking and the time you exit. Nanghihingi ako sa mga officemates ko ng resibo para makadiscount. Anyway, di ko alam kung magakano discount ngayon after the parking fee increase. Also, sa building namin, 2nd floor and 3rd floor is for public parking, 4th to 8th para sa mga tenants pero never napupuno. Siguro mga 20-25% lng na slots napupuno ng parking for the tenants. Each floor can hold 30-40 cars.

Need advice san ok magpark near Net Square bldg 28th St cor 3rd Ave sana... kung 9hrs. shift ang pasok ay 9am - 6pm?
kahit open parking ok lang new lang ako sa BGC and magsstart ako mag work sa Infor next month.
how much din po kaya 150pesos siguro ung pinaka kaya ko gastusin para mapark ung kotse kong di kagandahan.

There are 2 open parking lots in 3rd, pasok naman sa budget mo. Make sure you come in early, pipila ka pa ng at least 15 minutes on most days.

So you work at Bonifacio One Technology? I was lined up for parking at the open area across and the guard directed me to that building.

I just had dinner with my friend who is working at BGC for the week. He mentioned that he parked at Santi's and did not know about the new rates, hindi naman nagreklamo I would have been very upset if it happened to me. P40 first four hours then 50 for every succeeding hour.
