saw a banner last weekend na they're changing the rates to 30 first 3 hrs and 50/hr succeeding. Not sure about the time, office hours yata ang covered.

Yep they opened a few days after the fire. A few shops lang naman ang affected and they cordoned those off.

Parking rates in BGC are just horrible. There just aren't enough slots for the residents, office workers, and mall-goers.

A few days ago I spent almost an hour driving in circles on BGC because the marshalls would not let cars wait on the side street. That was on a wide low traffic side road! I could not park because there was no space available and they dont allow long queues.

Bawala long queue sa parking. Bawal maG "waiting". What the heck do they want? &*^#&÷^÷ BGC parking hell.

haha. saan yang nagpapaalis na mga guard? why not parkade muna, tas transfer na lang instead of ruining your FC?

I forgot the street but it's a side street lang (Naaasar din ako sa street names sa BGC) Ang layo kasi ng parkade and it was raining hard so I wanted to park at the building I was going.

the schedule of the lone flat rate parking is very unpredictable. arrived at BGC later than usual and tried my luck parin sa flat rate. long queue but i was able to get in.

^hindi daw napupuno, same rate as parkade kasi.

Naalala ko nung newly opened yung parking nila free for 1 week!

Magkano nga ba sa Parkade? Tanaw ba s&r sa office mo? Sale na kasi bukas e baka pila na naman parking sa s&r hehe
