Himala yatang FC ko ngayon, unless pinakargahan ng erpat ko pero sabi nya di naman daw.

14.76km/L. My best FC so far, mixed driving. Moderate to light city traffic. Seaoil 97. Same station, same pump. Naka automatic lang.

Air filter ko mag-20k kms na di ko pa nililinis. K&N drop in. Hehe. Before, kada 10k ko sya nililinis. Tinry ko lang ngayon kung lalakas sa gas pag lumampas ako ng 10k kms, di naman, same pa rin FC ko. Observe mo rin, pag lumakas konsumo mo, baka dahil sa air filter na yun.

I'm also getting good FC now, possibly because of the post Christmas light traffic and the cold weather.

Actually, okay naman consumo mo for now nasa 14.5km/li ako pero 80% hiway yun although due na yung oto for 20K PMS kaya baka mas mataas pa kapag na change oil. I was also thinking na magpa PMS na din sa labas sobra mahal kasi labor and oil ng toyota kung hindi ko lang iniisip ang warranty. Siguro kapag 50K kms na odo ko talagang labas na ko ng CASA.

Guys ask lang kung may may naka experience na sa 05 na vios nawala yung park light indicator sa monitor nya.chineck ko switch sa park brake lever using tester pag inangat ko may 12v pag binaba ko 0v reading sa tester. Ano pa kaya iba checks o bka may alam kayo na magaling sa electrical. Salamat sa mga sasagot.

Ano relation ng hand brake warning switch sa park light indicator? I think wala.

Pag naka angat ang hand brake (parking brake is engaged), the hand brake warning bulb in your instrument cluster illuminates, naturalmente, meron kuryente, kaya you were able to read 12 volts. Pag binaba ang hand brake, the switch is depressed, cutting the flow of electricity, turning off the hand brake warning light. Kaya 0 volts ang read mo.

Yung park light indicator, sa malamang bulb lang yan.

Guys ano problem pag nanginginig yung steering wheel pag naka idle ka? konting nginig din sa dashboard
this happens especially pag traffic tapos naka on pa yung aircon ko

My last computed FC from full tank to full tank with Shell Fuelsave on my '05 1.5G AT was 9.145 km/liter. Pure city traffic/driving...

Is that average for EDSA everyday, or should I look into cleaning the MAF sensor and body throttle na? Dunno if it was done na kasi by the previous owner...

Try cleaning them na. Baka gumanda pa FC mo. Search mo na lang yung Vios thread kung anong page yung TB cleaning. Madali lang naman at gen 1 yung sayo, sa gen 2 kasi electronic throttle.

Ive got 2004 Vios 1.5G AT
Im using PETRON XCS as fuel ( ok lang ba to? is this the recommended? ) ( old owner uses this type of fuel )

I have some issues as well

1.)RPM is going down and up when idle mode , esp sa traffic yung stop and go with "D" in gear ( w/ or w/o AC ON ) and may panginginig din after mag go up ng RPM

do you guys know thats the problem of this one?

napa adjust kona yung idle ganon parin nilinis nadin yung air filter ganon padin and i noticed madumi na yung air filter so i'll defenitely change it sabay change oil nadin.

2.)tapos may dumagdag pa na issue after kong ipalinis yang air filter sa petron sucat ata yon basta binugahan niya lang ng air eh tapos yun na . after nilinis pag uwi ko when i go out the car (engine is still on ) i heard a whistling noise coming out from the engine bay i dont know if that was the cause but i would gladly appreciate if you can help me with this

3.) Also when i first start the car lumalabas yung Engine Temperature or Low Coolant Temp Warning Light ( GREEN ) bayon sa right side ng Digital Dashboard? mga after 2-3 mins mawawala na di naman siya nag aappear pag nag ddrive nako

^Linis MAF sensor and Throttle Body lang yan. Yung sa unang start, talagang iilaw yun kasi malamig pa engine mo.

1. Normal lang na naglalaro yung rpm ng onti, lalo na pag bukas ang aircon tsaka pag bukas na yung fan ng radiator. wag lang yung sobrang laki ng pagbabago sa rpm.

2. pinalitan mo na ba yung mga belt sir? baka maluwang na.

3. Normal lang din na nakailaw yung low temp warning pag bukas ng engine, kase syempre, low temp pa yung engine, hehe. try mo yung kakadrive mo lang, patayin mo yung makina tapos start mo ulit, wala na yung warning, kase mainit na yung engine. magtaka ka pag hindi umilaw yun sir.

Kasi na drive ko from alabang bf homes going to moa balikan medyo traffic ng konti eh almost 300-400php ang na consume (based lang yan sa calculation ko nung nag pagas ako haha) any advice if normal ba?

hahahaha, aabot yan sir. wag lang masyado madiin tapak sa accelerator. kahit mag 100-120 oks pa din wag mo lang pwersahin.
