Solidaudio,
They made you appologize before they sit down for negotiation? How cruel!
Sila na nga mali. Dito lang sa pinas ganyan. They have forgotten the: "A customer is always correct!"
Consumers!!!!!! We need to get our acts together! Consumer rights advocates, help us!!
Anyway, Just let us know how you did it so we will follow your footsteps just in case (knock on wood).

March 10th, 2005 03:41 AM #6yup. dapat ganun eh. pero we have to give in to their request muna, if ever serious talaga yung dealer makipag negotiate for a win-win settlement. anyway, wala pa result this week eh. hopefully, makakakuha na talaga kami nang concrete result by the end of this week. kung hindi pa rin...well...bahala na ang Diyos sa kanila..
all we want talaga, is to have our RAV back.
