Solidaudio,
You will be doing this forum a BIG favor if you regularly update us on your settlement (not necessarily on the amount of settlement coz it might be mutually agreed to make it confidential). You will be our "bench mark" for future reference.
This forum is definitely helping a democratic society like ours. MARAMING SALAMAT PO SA INYONG LAHAT.
I hope TMP is reading this thread :regards:

March 5th, 2005 12:58 PM #774We would like to apologize for any confusion and doubts that may have risen regarding this RAV4 engine issue. We repeatedly stated on our previous posts that, it was not our intention to malign Toyota Davao and Toyota Motors Philippines in any way. It was just a form of inquiry, opinion and information gathering from car enthusiasts in this forum.
We sincerely apologize to Toyota Davao for having posted an enquiry that may have cost them their integrity as a dealer and as DTI’s Best Service Center in Region 11.
We are now ready to sit on the negotiating table for a “win-win” settlement.

Solidaudio,
They made you appologize before they sit down for negotiation? How cruel!
Sila na nga mali. Dito lang sa pinas ganyan. They have forgotten the: "A customer is always correct!"
Consumers!!!!!! We need to get our acts together! Consumer rights advocates, help us!!
Anyway, Just let us know how you did it so we will follow your footsteps just in case (knock on wood).
