    ung JDM LD20, 2.0 turbo diesel, may panoramic roof at AWD, my real prefence, diba, pero, its rare here to find a good unit, plu ang LD20 mahirap daw piyesa, lalo na ung AWD a/t tranny nun...

    sa space panalo ka sa vannet, longer siya!

    sa liteace, locally, well, masikip, pero tong JDM, well elbow-room and leg room sa harap compromised, sa likod elbow room lang.. seats 6, max of 7/8..

    delica/H100 is the easiesto maintain, lalo na kung beginner ka. ample power, madaming parts.

    sir ano po ibig sabihin ng JDM kasi andami kong nababasa dito sa forum ng JDM pero di ko naman alam yung meaning...pasensya na po...any IDea po kung how much yung LD20 na vanette..

    I am specifically referring to Lite Ace. I used to own one and based on experience sobrang tibay and mura ng parts nito being a Toyota vehicle. Downside is underpowered and gas guzzler din.

    With regards to Vanette , definitely gas guzzler ito considering the fact that it has a 2.0 liter engine. Pero more powerful and spacious.

    You weight your options , both are nice vans. Mas maganda kung test drive mo parehas.

    may solution ang liteace ganito: palitan mo ung 5K to 7K.. or kung gusto mo maging unique: 4age blacktop!hehe

    kung papalitan mo ng EFI version ang carb engine ng vannete, titipid ng konti lang, kung nagaaverage ka ng 6km/l(maxima ko is ca20 carb same as your vannette), magiging 7-8 ang average.

    ca20de mga 30thou ata..w/ rwd auto tranny na un...may ca18-turbo from silvia, mas ok na project un! cant recommend RB20, inline-6 kasi....

    ang local nating vanette and liteace are aminin na natin BOTH under-powered! kaya matakaw sila sa highway. ang liteace matipid pag natatrapik!

    Ok naman yung power ng Vanette, 90bhp. Mas malakas pa sa Kia Besta, Hyundai Grace, even sa lumang Hi-Ace commuter van.

    Pero inefficient lang talaga.

    thanks sa forum at naliwanagan po ako sa mga questions ko regarding sa dalawang ito...

    salamat sa madaming options para maresolve ang mga problems na na raise.salamat po sa suggestions.....

    mag hunt na cguro ako...either sa dalawa..mag test drive na din ako...

    ang isa pa atang palatandaang orig LHD na vanette is ung susihan nya nasa left side, malapit sa door...

    kung stock, vanette ka. 2nd row cap'n seats, good elbow and legroom..just remove the last row..pampasikip at pampabigat lang....

    love the local's pop-up glass hatch..nifty feature na wala sa JDM!

    i currently own a 94 liteace gxl, , really, its very much underpowered.

    i had a toyota 88' townace before na naka-3T engine and compared to the liteace, wawa talaga lalo na sa akyatan. i should have kept my old 3T engine and placed it on my liteace na lang sana before i sold the townace..

    to think, the 3T on my townace before gives about 8km/li, which is the same rate am getting from my liteace now..
