Tama si Louie_18 sa TFS. Mas mababa talaga interest rate ng Bank. Sa sinasabi kong matagal ka bigyan ng unit.
1. sa TFS mas priority nila kasi mas kikita sila.
2. sa Cash di sila kikita
3. sa Bank konti lang kita nila kaya parang cash din yun.
4. pero kung ang agent mo walang sales, malamang isisingit at isisngit ka nun or kung marami unit available bibigyan ka din pero least priority ang mga Cash basis.

as much as possible, try to ask for more freebies
btw, what freebies are they offering you? what Innova variant?
try to compare offer rate and offered freebies with other branches of Toyota, weight in as too whom you think has the best offer.

Newbie here.. ask ko lang po anu mas maganda cash or mag downpayment? may nabasa kasi ako sa thread na mas maganda daw in-house financing? kasi pag cash daw matagal makuha yung unit?? totoo po ba? plano po kasi namin bumili innova G (MT) Dsl this 1st week of December. need your help po.. From bicol po kasi kailangan namin makuha kaagad yung unit kasi po nag leave po kami just to purchase the car..

if you can afford it; then buy it in cash; lessens you the worry of paying the monthly ammortization..... you could even somewhat demand for the release of the vehicle and the color & variant of your choice, as you may be the priority of that branch since your paying in direct cash....
if your paying in cash try to negotiate and give you the best offer rate + great freebies that they will be providing you....
In-house financing may not be that too "maganda" to apply for a loan, as the APR may be relatively high compared to a Financial Institution (ie. Bank).... when your going for a Car Loan, try to compare with one bank from the other who ever gives you the best offer rate, then grab it!

To my friends who persuade me not to buy a used, under maintenance Innova, thanks. I've just got a call from the bank that my auto loan apps have been approved. New units will arrive today at Toyota Cubao and ready for inspection tomorrow. My wife and I choose the Beige metallic. Not very common color on the street.
One question though, does a D4d will not give me a headache? Need some input on this before finally deciding which one to choose. Thanks, what a very helpful thread indeed!

no one can really tell if d4d issue has been resolved or what....
if you are really eyeing on the d4d Innova, then follow what your heart say
its a matter on how you maintain your vehicle, no matter if it is Gas or Diesel, when the owner is careless so do the car would behave the same way; so its just maintaining your car well.....
i'd have my d4d since 2006, and still am satisfied with its performance up to present....

we will go for cash. now i don't know how much is the discount this 1st week of december if we pay cash. (yung sagad n discount sana) sabihin ko sure buyer.. And how long we will wait for the unit arrive? tumagal kaya ng 2 weeks yung unit? di kasi kami pwede tumagal. 10days lng kami naka leave.

Is there any comment sa toyota commonwealth? dun kasi kami malapit. (we stay at fairview). need your expert advice.. if you can recommend SA (Sales Agent) na ok kausap. yung tipong may katutuhanan ang mga sinasabi.. (honest) at sana may isang salita (yung pag sinabi nya na after 3 days nadyan n yung unit.. talagang nandyan na.) at higit sa lahat malaki mag bigay ng discount at maraming freebies.. hehe..

1. Replacement of mags and tires will void your under chassis warranty
2. Replacement of HU(head Unit), modification of headlights or any electrical works outside of casa will void your electrical warranty

Suggest ko lang wag masyado madaming accessories kasi minsan di na maganda. I would suggest roof rail and rear spoiler mas nakakaganda ng looks. And also maybe step board na black.

Mga tol... MEdyo maalog at maingay na ung brake and clucth pedal ko pag malubak ang daan..
madali lang ba ito higpitan o kelangan dalhin sa casa..

Bro anong tunog ba yung nadidinig mo? kasi i think ganito rin problem ko. pag nalubak ako sa daan tapos di ako umapak sa break, may tunog sa ilalim eh. yung tunog ba na sinasabi mo sa loob or under the car galing?

Actually 3 full size adult lang ang puede sa 3rd row seats. Daily full load ako with 2-4-3 seaters on front, 2nd row and 3rd row respectively.

Sinubukan ko 4 seaters sa 3rd row pero di puede talaga because of the rear wheel well. 3 seaters sa 3rd row is comfortable.

Thanks Boss Mile2. Actually standard yung 2 (front) - 4 (2nd row) - 3 (3rd row) sa Innova that makes it 9 passengers in total. Minsan ko lang nagawa yung 4 passengers sa 3rd row seats nung may bata. Loaded pala lagi ng 9 passengers Innova mo Boss Mile2. Sa akin occasionally lang talaga magamit yung 2nd and 3rd row seats. Madalas front row seats lang gamit ng Innova namin. Ala-2 seater car ang Innova namin.

Try mo boss mag-back read sa thread na 'to kasi nabasa ko lang na medyo mas mataas ang prices ng parts ng diesel compared sa gas. Dagdag ko lang boss, tutal nakausap ko SA namin sa Toyota Balintawak he said medyo mataas ang horsepower (hp) ng VVT-i compared sa D4D pero pag dating sa hatakan at akyatan panalo daw ang D4D. VVT-i:Gas D4D: Diesel

I've finalized my deal with the bank. I'v got a black Innova G D4D. The SA says the unit will be release next week. Less 50k but LTO, insurance and mortgage excluded. Freebies are matting, tint(3M), seat cover and undercoating. Mahina ako tumawad lalo na pag babae ang kaharap ko. At least natapos din. Just have to pick it up at Toyota Cubao when it arrives.

Mga Bossings, since my family really want a black car- the SA said that he could probably order a special color for additional cost- has anyone ever done this special color thing? If so, how much did it cost and was ity a good coloring job?
