I suggest if you really want to keep your warranty, source consumables and have it done sa casa.
Years ago, i did that. The SA indicated in the booklet customer supplied part, according to suceeding SA, that note effectively voided my warranty. Nothing bad happened to the car. Thats why my view is warranty is over-rated.

sayang kung di ko gamitin. for aesthetics na rin po. kausapin ko casa for this. salamat po
Enjoy the car po muna.. after the warranty then add some blings to make it look updated...
I suggest wag mo na ilagay yan. Baduy TBH. But, your car, your rules boss.
Pwede nila ilagay pero make it clear with them na maretain ang warranty. If they say yes, put it in writing para malinaw.

"it's not my problem. the car is under warranty. you are duty-bound to produce the part needed."
but that's strange...
might i ask,
what parts did they not have on hand, daw?
i was of the impression, that a good halogen-to-LED headlight upgrade requires modification of the reflector as well...
this year alone,
front and rear bumpers, rear tail lights, all sourced by my mekaniko from somewhere.
dunno if they were brand new or surplus,
but once installed, they look good as new.
the car earlier this year had an accident, and the bumpers looked like crushed bond paper.
one thing i noticed in the innova,
the bumpers seemed designed to collapse.
but the more important support structures behind them, seemed fine.

after almost 3 months of waiting, tumawag na si toyota BGC (accredited casa ng insurance) after namin mag followup kahapon, pwede na daw namin dalin sa casa today yung kotse para ma i pila, 15 days daw nila gagawin para mapalitan ang front bumper and 1 pc rear tail light, palit lang, wala repaint.
ng tinanong namin baket 15 days, kase daw from BGC eh dadalin nila sa sta rosa para dun ayusin, best effort daw nila 10 days
ganito ba talaga??? 2021 innova E AT DSL
My Honda civic stayed at the casa for 3 weeks, the SA told me they needed to paint the bumper because it came unpainted(?). Ganun daw talaga pag galing sa bodega nila ung parts.
Madali na lang 3 weeks sa akin kase i waited for the dang approval of the insurance for 6 months.
highs.
what can we do?
... walang re-paint?
talagah...
clearly,
someones are dragging their feet...
the otis casa,
whenever i ask for parts,
their reply is uniformly,
"bukas, sa makalawa or makatlo, po. kukunin pa kasi po sa bodega..."
