where is the air intake located for Innova?

yes it can be easily removed by a cleaner wax but do note that most of these products are abbrasive and not recommended for frequent use.

A very light dab of cleaner wax is what i do.

I have de-badged my Innova. VVTi/D4D , toyota and innova emblems use only moulding tape. toyota logo at the back meron moulding tape at butas. Unfortunately yung G logo ang iniwan ko but most likely tape lang ito.

Just use it normally on city driving will do. For long driving, use care not to overdrive nor make your car struggling, 80-120 is safe speed.

I noticed earlier this morning that the carpet of the front seat passenger side is damp. Is it coming from the aircon? because I know that there's water drip in the rear wheel that is coming from the aircon. Any DIY for this? or should I take it to aircon repair shop? TIA.

Meron pong water drip sa front same sa rear. Simple lang po ang gawin mo sir, just remove the carpet, start ka sa baba ng glove compartment( start from the center passenger side). may water tube po doon makikita mo, natanggal na papunta sana sa labas.

May malikot atang paa na pasahero mo

Guys, just experienced my ABS indicator lighting up while driving a few minutes ago. It was just for a few seconds and I wasn't even driving that fast. Anybody experienced this before? I quickly checked wirings and I did not notice any damages. Thanks.

Na experience ko to before sa middle east sa HILUX. Dinala ko sa casa then tried to repair by programing, nawala naman kaya lang after 4 hrs of driving bumalik uli. Ibinalik ko uli sa casa then re-programed uli. Tinanong ko sa SA dun kung di ba delikadong bigla na lang mag activate yung airbag while Im driving hindi naman daw ang risk lang daw eh may possibility na hindi mag activate incase of collision. After re-programming less than 2KM umilaw na uli kaya sabi nila palitan na lang ng spiral cable na nakakabit sa manibela. After replacement 2 yrs na ngaun di na ulit umilaw.

Thanks sa ibang nagreply. Iba yung ABS sa airbag system. It lit up two more times when I was driving towards home in the afternoon last friday. One thing I noticed though is that I did not hear the whirring sound just when i drove off. Used the vehicle yesterday and it was fine, heard the whirring sound when the vehicle picked up speed. It even functioned as described in the manual when i had to break hard around the afternoon when one of those st$&*& motorcycle drivers cut me off. I felt the brake pedal pulsated and heard the motor whirred. I hope it's okay now but will bring it to casa when it lits up once more.

Hi guys, we just got our 2012 Innova 2.5G M/T Pearl White last 27 July 2012 (last May pa kami umorder sa TQA). Gusto ko po sanang palagyan ng rear spoiler (with or without 3rd brake lamp), ask ko lang po mga sir/ maam if may nabibili po ba na clip type or idinidikit lang? ayaw kasi ng parents ko pabutasan kasi baka maging cause pa ng rust kapag tumagal. Ask ko na rin po kung bakit madalas mag-bleed ng black substance yung door handle? kitang kita kasi kapag umuulan dahil white. and lastly, pwede bang kabitan ng mudguard especially yung unahan since may side skirt?

Sir, ung drain plug kailangan pa ba ng special tool para i-loosen un? ano pwede gamitin kung matigas at mahirap i-loosen by hand?

late rep dito, kakabalik ko lang sa tsikot haha. etong pag drain neto walang tools, kakamayin mo lang yan, i loosen mo yung drain plug using your hands lang kung saan paluwag dun mo ikutin, dahan dahan lang.

During flood fordging put it in L. Limit your speed to as long as possible while maintain the rpm at around 2k.

During downhill like going down from baguio, its more safe to use the engine brake from D, shift down to 3-2-L to aid your brakes so that your brakes wont overheat.

During tranversing a stiff incline its best to limit yourself with low gears so you can opt to put your setting to 2 only so that your tranny will only play along the first two gears only
