itawag mo agad pre sa insurance para maiprepare mo documents needed...sa gastos nman jan,kung mabait bait ka, pde yung participation na lang pabayaran mo dun sa nakabangga sa yo since macover yan ng insurance...pero kung ndi, iasagot mo sa nakabangga sa yo magkano aabutin na estimate ng insurance mo..

I have heard that the A/T Gas variants give dismal figures of 6-8km/li only and that the A/T Diesel variants only yield 8-9km/li on the city using full-tank method?

It's not the airbag activating but the Anti-Lock Break System (ABS) doing a self check. It's discussed in the owners manual

Share ko Lang. I brought my innova today for first 1000 Km pms at toyota balintawak and mentioned to the service manager the swishing sound I hear when I step on the brake pedal. He explained that it is normal. To prove this, he sampled the brake pedals of three other innovas in the showroom/service area and all of them had their brake pedals sounding like mine when stepped on. No cause for concern. Apparently it is the sound of the hydraulic mechanism working.

Our Innova is an A/T variant,- and it is averaging better than 7Km/L so far, city driving...

Nothing to complain,- it is just the way it is....

ah oo normal lang talaga to. infact ganyan talaga, lalo na pag the engine is off, apak apakan mo brakes tapos shhhh ng shhh sound yun then after 3rd or 4th apak mo matigas na hehe.

nung una ko na experience to, akala ko kung anu na sira eh, hehe. :D

My Innova G Diesel AT averages 9.5-10km/L city driving and 13-14 km/L sa highway. Madami talaga factors to consider like driving style, traffic/road conditions, heavy load etc. Tip ko lang don't go over 2000rpm to get good fuel consumption. I mostly rely on the multi display. Before driving off reset the average fuel consumption meter to zero. When you get to your destination check to see you average consumption. You can also see your instantaneous average consumption sa multi display.

gudpm to everyone! question po, bago yung innova ko, 2mos pa lng pero parang feeling ko makalampag na lalo na sa rough roads at mayanig so para sa kin di comfortable yung ride. tinanong ko at nireklamo ko sa service advisor at ni-roadtest namin, normal lang daw yun. nkaka-dissapoint lang kasi 5yrs ko babayaran yun tpos ganun ang suspension. mas ok pa yung dating kotse ko na 2003model. what can you say guys. pls help me kasi wala ako idea na kung ganun ba tlaga yun...tnks in advance!

Sir for a 2month old Innova, di dapat makalampag yan. check mo ung mga seat belts sa second row kung nakalagay sa "holder" nya. dati kasi un ung kumakalampag sa innova ko. and regarding sa bumpy ride, medyo nga kasi pareho sila platform ng Fort and Hilux pero compared sa size ng gulong eh maliit ung sa innova kya siguro medyo bumpy (just my opinion). pero check mo din sir ung tire pressure, kasi pag matigas masyado ung gulong, magiging bumpy ung ride, pero wag naman malambot fuel consumption mo naman ang mag suffer, dpat ung tama lang :D hope this helps. ganu kalaki ba gasgas? baka maliit lang, ipapasok mo ba insurance yan? mas malaki pa babayaran mo sa participation fee sa insurance if ever eh. saang part nasagi? baka kaya naman ng touchup paint? :D

me experience din ako sa trycycle, sinagi passenger front door ko habang naka PARK (what the hell diba, naka park na nga ako eh, di na nga gumagalaw eh. BTW, wala pa yung tryk niya nung nag park ako dun sa shell gas station sa may samin, nagpagupit kasi ako nung time na yun kaya nag park ako dun.)

so, kala niya di ko makikita eh, itatakbo pa niya eh. nung nilapitan ko, yupi ng maliit eh tapos tanggal yung pintura, eh sobrang badtrip ko kasi kakapalagay ko lang ng mga accessories nun sa innova ko tapos sasagiin nya lang kagad. di ko pinatawad eh, pinabayaran ko 3k, hahaha. nagbayad naman siya kasi muntikan ko ng sapakin nung naguusap kame sa sobrang init ng ulo ko. HAHA pero mga 2 gives, kinuha ko lisensya nya eh, di siya makakapasada kung di nya ko mabaayaran hehe. :D

1. The MMDA is not authorized or do not posses the authority to confiscate your driver's license (MMDA vs. Garin).

2. Police Officers are not traffic enforcers meaning they can not apprehend traffic violators moreso confiscate your drivers license (TSG vs. MMA).

3. Currently, only the LTO or its deputized agents (Republic Act No. 4167) that are authorized to confiscate your driver's license.

4. local traffic enforcers (duly deputized by the LTO) may confiscate your driver's license but it differs from one jurisdiction to another because their rights to apprehend and confiscate is based on local ordinances.


AFAIK, pwede ka ata kasuhan kapag ikaw ang nagconfisacte. just my 2 cents

haha. yes sir i know pero binangga nya ako eh. wala siyang pambayad, yun ang sabi ko isangla niya sakin, ang pang tubos niya is yung sinisingil ko na bayad sa damage. eh pumayag siya sa deal ko. damage was done to me by him naman eh. chaka sir di naman po ito dahil sa traffic violation. :D

kasi sir sa panahon ngayon pag nagkabangaan eh yung ibibigay contact number nila. sabihin eh text or tawag na lang para sa usapan, di naman mag rereply yung naka bangga, in short tatakbuhan ka lang tapos yung damage sa kotse mo, thankyou na lang. (totoo naman na karamihan ay ganito, lalo na sa PUVs diba) nadala na kasi ako sa ganitong usapan, natakbuhan na ako kaya ngayon is dapat sigurista ka.

so inofferan ko siya ng deal na akin muna lisensya niya dahil wala siyang pambayad saken, then pag nabayaran niya chaka ko lang babalik sa kanya, pumayag siya. para meron talaga siyang babalikan saken at may mababalik din sakin in the other hand. :D

sobrang hiya din daw niya dahil wala pang plaka innova ko that time and wala naman daw siyang balak takbuhan ako.

naexperience ko rin yan ganyan before..cguro dahil maliit lang sasakyan ko dati (lancer) and now malaki na kaya nanibago ako....pag ako lang mag-isa talaga is feeling ko parang matagtag...try to adjust your tire pressure baka sobrang tigas and also check mo yung mga seatbelts...

regarding sa confiscation ng driver's license...check yan, LTO personnel/agents ang authorized na magconfiscate...Police Traffic Enforcers are also authorized (TMG & Highway Patrol Group)...pero kung halimbawa ikaw e nasagi, you can demand naman sa nakabangga sa yo na kunin mo yung lisensya nya especially kung ndi sya makakapagbayad pa on the spot..nasa pag-uusap nyo yan ng nakabangga sa yo..ako nabangga na din before, twice pa nga at yung lisensya nung mga nakabangga sa kin e pinaransom ko sa kanila hanggang sa mabayaran yung damage sa kin.

ask lang mga bosing....TRUCK ba ang classification ng Innova natin?? sa OR/CR kasi WAGON lang...at yun din ang palagay ko kasi maliit sya for a truck but bigger for a sedan..
