Saang Dealer bay yan?...ang luffffet pati distilled water may presyo, tapos may miscellenous pa

Eh para saan naman kaya yung gasket? Grabe namang dealer yan change oil lang at palit spark plug may dinale pang gasket.

    Hello ppl!

This is just my second post here, but already read a lot of threads (and picked up a lot of tips!). Just got my Innova last Monday and plano kong magpalagay ng roof rail and detachable rack. Any recommendation from those na meron na? tia-JG

At the same time pag nagpa-service ka ulit sa kanila asikasong-asikaso ka hehehehe

Yung paint job ng right fender flare ko llimang beses ko na yatang pinaulit sa Toyota until mas-satisfied ako sa quality, halos nakilala ko na lahat ng crew nila pati service manager at Presidente nila

Well if you gonna need that, then go ahead, but if it is just for show, why drilled that on your unit. You'll have a hard time cleaning the part of your Avonni covered by that accessory.

IMO, racks looks good on Starex (Millennium Model) since this is a full size van. But notice that Starex of 2003 models and up have no more installed racks, could mean only one thing. No offense meant, but you'll find racks common to AUV's with 7 little dwarfs hanging on their front wind shield.

Though I'm not suppose to answer since i don't have one on my unit and question was for those who have only, but then you'll get one side of the coin by asking those who have got only.

    Cheers

Which is a better choice po? may difference ba sa interior ang E from J? (aside from power windows and central locking system)

    Thank you so much po!
You'll have a better choice if you would personally drop by to any Toyota Motor dealers. Don't just shell out that hard earned money without even looking at the model unit. Waiting for a few couple of days until you're not too tied up with many things will not do harm and will give you a better options.

    Cheers

Good evening po from Nigeria.

What is the big difference between Innova and starex with reference to their specs below. Seems like Starex has the edge over Innova since it has higher classification of performance esp. DSL to DSL.
Ano kaya reason ng Toyota kung bakit mas mababa output ng Innova compared to its predecessors.

paano yan sir, nabasa ko nga sa news na may travel ban pa rin ang bound for nigeria. mahihirapan kayong makabalik nyan kung uuwi kayo sa pinas for christmas season. you have to choose between family or works. if you want to be with your family this christmas season, you will take the risk or else... pass na lang muna this christmas and wait for the lifting of travel ban... hirap nga ano sir??? sana ma-lift na para everybody is happy.

Obviously you got the wrong data for Starex Diesel, reading from what was written, Avonni has all the edge compare to your provided comparative specs for Starex, which is in conflict to your post.

Avonni has only one local "Predecessor" in Toyota and it can't even be said as predecessor since PREVIA is still out in the market and it is a different category since it is a Luxury MPV and not an entry Level MPV that of Avonni. I would like to think that Avonni has lower output than Previa since Previa is twice as expensive as Avonni.

IMO, though Starex may have much bigger Output, like 174 bhp and a torque of 402 Nm, but these are not the only limiting factors. Starex may have higher values on above, but it also has its curb weight of 2204 Kg as compare to Avonni's 1645 Kg. It's like carrying additional 11 sacks of rice for Starex that's why it need higher value on its output and torque.

Comparing Starex and Avonni is like comparing apples and oranges. If I am buying it for everyday use, which is most likely, then the practical choice for me is Avonni.

But on second thought, have I had that much money I would rather be seen driving the luxurious Grand Starex or KIA Carnival everyday than to convince my friends that Avonni is the practical choice.

    Cheers

I would say it's more of a need than for a show (well, rails may have some aspect of "show" in it).
Will wait comment from others who have their unit installed with a roof rail (with or without drilling)

Got my Innova Aug 2006. I had mine installed with a roof rack from the casa with no drillings on the roof. Since we bought many accessories from the casa also, railing was given free to us. But finally last January, I had it removed and refunded kasi grabe stress inabot ko kasi kinakalawang yong bolts and nuts ng railing pati yong ibang parts ng roof rack. I asked them several times na palitan ng rust proof (maybe all aluminum or whatever) or gawan ng paraan. They changed it naman pero still kinakalawang pa rin. They even put something like grease (not so sure kung grease nga) na kumakalat sa roof itself. I even did a letter addressed to the President of the casa and he also talked to me personally regarding my complain making an assurance na he will personally supervise it pero wala din nangyari me problema pa rin. So, nirefund ko. Me mga traces pa nga ng scratches yong roof ko til now kasi dahil sa ginamit na bolts n nuts pang ipit sa railing saka sa roof canal. Hope this helps...... Good luck.....
