curious lang ako, ok pa rin ba performance ng 2.5 nyo kahit naka 20" rims? Kung compare mo kasi sa montero, lamang ng montero yung intercooled engine, pero liit kasi ng cabin eh, how is it on long drives? Hindi ba hirap yung makina hilahin yung kaha?

salamat mga boss sa advice. Sinusubukan ko kasi labanan yung bt-50 drift truck ng TRS eh. Naisip ko na rear wheel drrive yung hilux J theoretically mas bagay sya pang drift kaysa sa sa 4 wheel drive plus mababa yung ride height nya.

Yung geometric turbo ba ng D4D pwede ba palitan yun ng conventional na turbo?

Tsaka po any idea o kung saan pwede ilagay ang subwoofer sa hilux?

I acquired my hilux sometime January this year. Nag-start sya mag-emit ng foul smell siguro a month ago. Have you experienced something like this before in any of your cars?? Any advice pls. This is a common malady of modern cars, I think.

Try this method and see if it works (it doesn't work all the time on my Fortuner). Five minutes before reaching your destination, turn off your a/c (compressor) only and but leave the fan blower on and increase its speed. In addition, you could also try experimenting by turning off recirculate and allow outside air in (do this only if you are not in traffic or places with lots of smoke outside).

bro where did you purchased your hilux, dapat pa service mo yan sir, there could be a issue in your blower system ,don't worry thats covered in the warranty....

I experienced this on my minivan it was less than 5000km that time...
cause??? fungus and Molds in your a/c's evaporator.... Mold needs 3 things to grow: moisture, a food source, and little or no air flow. The evaporator becomes a fungus breeding ground the moment the AC is turned off.

what i did?
brought the car to them 3 times on the 4th time we had a heated argument... wrote them a demand letter... after a few weeks viola car was refunded

we should not let these small things pass... you buy a car with hard earned money so why live with that smell.... for me this shouldn't be taken lightly even if the smell last for only a few minutes, because this is not normal and we should not accept that this is a common malady for new cars
nowadays...the fact that there is smell means there in something wrong...
and they should correct this...if walang magrereklamo lagi na lang ganyan ang mga bagong auto hit or miss malas mo na lang pag machambahan ka

i suggest have the car seviced ask them for a copy of your job order.... indicate same complaint same problem and have them indicate what was done....file it... on the third time if this happens write a demand letter accompanied by these 3 job orders .....demand for a refund

ive done this already you should know your rights or else in the future all of us will end up with shitty cars
